We have used Brittanya for 5+ years and never been disappointed. They are award winning and you can certainly see why. They do everything from claw cutting, puppy introduction grooms, styling to teeth cleaning. The girls are really friendly and extremely knowledgeable, we wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Many years ago I first took our late pet Buddy to meet Tanya at her salon. He needed some expert care with his grooming regime after being handled by a previous ‘pet service’ and definitely some dental work too! Quite a nervous yet friendly dog the miracle that Tanya and her team worked was like something akin to Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother. Over the next months and years Buddy’s appearance and temperament improved so much thanks to the tender care the team at Brittanya took with him. We were all devastated last year when Buddy passed away suddenly and a huge hole opened where a soft fluffy companion had nestled in our hearts. Tanya was so supportive and comforting at this time of sadness something I will never forget. A few months later we had the chance to rehome a young “teenage” puppy Benson who had not been for a proper groom. Tanya was very accommodating and transformed Benson with his first detailed groom. Tanya also helped with Benson’s socialisation and give plenty of advice as I had not adopted a dog so young but you know when an animal needs you as much as you need him. Gradually that Brittanya magic started working, Benson’s coat is now in tip-top condition and his appointments also combine a regular dental treatment as well. Benson’s temperament is also improving and his visits to the salon have helped in his continued training. What’s really special about Brittanya is they also help to document the little milestones with the beautiful pet portraits - we have them of both Buddy and now Benson, and they are precious memories indeed! I would always recommend Tanya and her team at Brittanya for Mucky Pups Pet Grooming Salon and Boutique for anyone with a dog for all their pet grooming care. The team is fully accredited and the premises are spotless, warm and welcoming. They look after your pet as though he was one of their own and any bad experiences the dog may previously have had at other hands of other services are dealt with in a sympathetic professional manner. Such a friendly team who always give the best care to your best friend. Always five stars from me 🐶😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When you have an internationally recognised dog groomer in your town, why would you go anywhere else! Tanya and her team are brilliant, especially with our highly anxious elderly MinPin who (like the rest of our dogs) has come to love her visits with "auntie" Tanya.

I have been taking my two Ladradoodles there for eight & a half years. I chose them from their website gallery which showed that they were experienced with the breed. The dogs love going there, as soon as we are out of the car they drag me to the door. They have a web link so that you can watch your dog being groomed, ours don’t even have a restraint on, they like it so much. Not the cheapest but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have an almost 12yr old Australian Shepherd, Kora, who is very nervous at meeting new people. She badly needed a bath so I took her to Brittanya after hearing good reports from a friend. They took their time to gain her confidence during an appt made purely for that purpose and I took her back a few days later and was thrilled with the job they'd done. Kora thoroughly enjoyed her visit and I've just taken her again today and she looks amazing. These ladies are fabulous and VERY good at what they do. Long live Brittanya!!!! 👍👍😀

The owner is an award winning highly trained groomer. The staff are all very experienced. They treat your dog as if it was their own. They operate a webcam so you can view your dog during its visit. 2 free parking spaces at the back of shop and close to a public carpark. They also do nail trimming separate to grooming.

Always a pleasure to take Clyde ( poodle) to this wonderful place.The staff are brilliant, patient, kind, and do a jolly good job. He fair comes bouncing out of there , full of beans. They looked after our other old pup too . I can't praise this business highly enough. We consider our selves very lucky to have them .

I own Brittanya for Mucky Pups ..... just to clarify regarding a review left earlier ... arriving to your first ever appointment with us 20 minutes late does not mean we do not honour our bookings. We allocate time slots specifically so that we may create a calm and stress-free environment for the dogs who are then able to recieve our positive attention. We turned you away because you did not honour the appointment time allocated to you. In arriving 20 minutes late without any phone call, explanation or apology we were left with no option but to turn you away as we could not magic an extra 20 minutes out of thin air and the dogs in our care deserve better than rushed appointments with us simply because you could not manage your own timekeeping. If we were only in it for the money then we would still have taken your dog in, rushed through the rest of the day and taken payment from you. As it is, I lost money because I did not get paid for the appointment you were given ... an appointment that others on my waiting list would dearly have loved and arrived on time for. You did not get to experience our service and that is a shame because we are very good at what we do.

Very welcoming, you can instantly see the love that have for dogs. The cut is brilliant, my Shih Tzu comes back looking fab and smelling gorgeous, would highly recommend.
