F. B.Fabulous first visit today. Had a feeling Ella would be a good fit for my scruffy little old terrier fella, and I wasn't wrong! Her attention, suggestions and advice were all really useful and my lad who doesn't like being groomed not only came back smart and smelling divine, but he was also super calm. And that's really important. I'll be making another appointment, thank you Ella!

N. M.I’ve been taking my boy Duke to Ella for his monthly groom since May 2021. Duke always dreaded a bath before that. I was really surprised to see that change in him. It just proves to show how much care and love Ella shows.
She is extremely professional. From sending a reminder the day before to the reminder to come and pick up your pooch. I highly recommend using her services !

After her first groom, Ella was so in-depth with how the groom went and also picked up issues with Lola’s claws that had been missed by my previous groomer. Z. C.E J Dog Grooming was recommended to me so I already had high expectations. Ella has exceeded those. My puppy despite looking like he has stage fright was calm and happy there. His coat has always been shiny but he came back glossy and soft. He was shedding a lot and that stopped too. Ella explained that his top coat was lovely but she had to sort out his undercoat. I am beyond happy with the friendly professional service and will definitely be returning.

I never fail to feel worried when leaving her with Aiko or about his groom! He ALWAYS looks and smells amazing when returning home. She answers any queries I have within the minute and is so reassuring when I have any concerns - even regarding his training!! She is super helpful and considerate, I couldn’t recommend her enough❤️
