Thank you Donna - just completed some one to one sessions with Donna and our rescue pups and have been given some excellent guidance for obedience training and for lead walking while remaining calm (us and the pups). Donna has lots of patience with us, the owners, and both explains and corrects our behaviour as well as the puppies to make sure they can understand what we would like them to do. The pups have learnt so much already and we're really looking forward to a course of puppy training classes next month with Donna to take the next steps on their training. Highly recommended !

We came across Donna on Google, and she was perfect for what we needed. We have a reactive dog, and needed some 1 on 1 sessions to help us with training and how to deal with certain scenarios whilst out on a walk and in the house. Donna was patient, understanding and was very clear on what we needed to do. She has given us a lot more confidence when we're out on walks. Donna is lovely, and I would highly recommend her for all your behavioural needs.

I felt I needed to enrol my puppy class so I could introduce new things to Tip in a controlled manner and in a different environment. Donna is on hand and is always willing to help with issues that may arise, which gives me reassurance and confidence. The group is small, which is ideal for learning, both for me and my puppy. It's fun but at the same time educational, which is rewarding for both of us. Donna is obviously a very experienced, knowledgeable, informative trainer and is always extremely enthusiastic, making training fun. The most important thing for me is that I am doing things correctly. I feel assured that with Donna's input I will learn to train Tip, as thats on me.

Donna has been super at helping us get to grips with our 5 month old rescue pups in our one to one sessions. They'd had no training and with her help, they've learnt so much good behaviour. Donna has helped us understand a lot about their body language, when to let them play, when to engage and when to distract. We're using her tips every day and they're really working. Donna has also trained us in what words to use and what order to praise and reward (which is really hard!!). Thank you Donna and we're looking forward to joining your puppy class as the next stage 🙌

Booked in with Donna’s class to start my whippet puppy on the right tracks halfway though so far and it’s been brilliant. Walter has had the chance to mix with other dogs and get used to sitting with them. We’ve learned the basics and also picked up some great useful tips for disengaging as Walter barks at anything and everything. I’ve put it into practice and it really works. I’ve had daily videos and training sessions online too which has been great as I can watch them anytime and out them I to practice. Would highly recommend using Barking Mad for anyone who wants to give their pup the best start in being the best he/she can be 🐶😍 thank you.

After adopting a VERY boisterous 11 month old Labradoodle I contacted Barking Mad for some help as he was hyperactive on walks, constantly pulling on the lead, barking & lunging at dogs, people, birds...you name it, he barked at it! Donna worked with me to help me understand the source of his behaviour and she gave me strategies to work with him and turn this around. Donna doesn't promise a quick fix but instead gives you the skills you need to understand and work WITH your dog. Recommended.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Donna for all of her support. We feel like we understand our dog so much more and Donna's knowledge means she explains things in such a sensible way. Our dog was very reactive to sounds and was refusing to go for walks, we were trying to encourage him but he was rarely excited about going. Since working with Donna we have realised we lost sight of that walks were for our dog. We stepped back reduced walks and stopped trying to bribe him to go for a walk. Thanks to Donna's amazing support we are going in the right direction. Our dog now wags his tail when we get his lead and we are gradually building his confidence. He is enjoying lots of games in the home to keep him stimulated, many suggested by Donna. Donna has helped us so much and more importantly our gorgeous rescue dog. We had the Silver Puppy Package for our dog Romy and it was great. Luckily we started the course back in September so we were able to meet in person but using social distancing which was organised well. I particularly liked the fact it included online resources- a full catalogue of videos to use in own time/refresh and also to be in the Facebook group. Donna is so knowledgeable about dog training and dog behaviours she provides individual guidance for you and your dog based on your dog's needs. I would definitely recommend!

I completed the Silver Puppy Program with Barking Mad Dog Training. I was a bit dubious about doing it on zoom but each class was brilliant. Less distractions on zoom for both me and puppy. The Trainer took time with each pup, watching their progress and giving advice on each one. The included videos really helped to continue training. Really happy with how Murphy has progressed with sit, hand touch, recall, leave it and drop it. Really useful tips. Murphy and I highly recommend this program.

Found Donna on Google. While I had booked sessions in the hope of having in person classes, lockdown meant that our sessions were over Zoom. These sessions were just as insightful and beneficial as in person lessons would have been. Donna gave me first class advice on how to help introduce my new puppy safely to my two cats... It was especially tailored to my situation. She listened, she understood, she asked great questions and then gave me perfect advice - advice which works! My pup had been chasing my cats whenever he saw them... After following Donna's training advice, Houdini (not his real name!) broke free of the kitchen but was sat in the lounge under the table next to the cat just looking at him... Another night, I found him sat next to my other cat in the garden - just looking. They were fine with each other! I can't describe my relief... My fur babies would be ok together ❤️🐾 I had contacted over 10 dog trainers in the UK asking for help, and no one helped me until Donna. And when she did, the advice she gave me was advanced, tailored and just incredible... She knows her dog training stuff! She's a pro! And what's more, Donna went out of her way to personally help me with other issues I was facing at the time - managing puppy biting, lead walking, crate training... You name it. She helped me understand how to cope through not only puppyhood but adolescence as well. I highly recommend Donna's tailored advice and caring support! Thank you Donna - I think you're the best, and thank you for helping me, my pup and my two baby kittens (9 year old cats!)
