Wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else, the service Home From Home provide is excellent. We began boarding our dogs here after a negative experience with another boarding kennels, so were quite dubious of trying out another place in case the same thing happened. However, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about the dogs and cats as if they were their own. If there’s ever been an issue with our dogs they’re always quick to communicate it to us, and we know that our dogs are in safe hands when left here. Especially love the Facebook updates of your pets, so you get to see they’re doing just fine without you.

Being using them for years. Dogs always happy to leave me without a backward glance. With a 60 mile round trip there are kennels closer to me but I would not use anyone else. Highly recommend them.

Have been using HFH from when it started, over 25yrs, never had a problem. The different dogs we have had have all jumped out of the car and never looked back !.

We put 2 cats in last Aug Billy and Milly and I was worried stiff .The owner Robert reasured me they would be fine and they were .Billy has extra toes and has to be watched for his claws catching on bedding etc both cats fight and had to be kept apart . Every thing was fine thank you every one that looked after them

Great staff clean kennels may not be the cheapest around but they do have a great location and facilities 4 stars given because the parking is not Great

Dogs have always been happy, which is the main thing. However - communication has let them down a number of times. Took about 6 attempts to update our record with emergency contacts. Despite asking them to remove a pet which we'd lost - staff continued to refer to Indie when we visited. Someone really needs to take hold and sort their systems out as it does worry me about feed and medications etc...

Went for a visit with my dog so he can get used to the place and using the bark park. Absolutely over the moon found this place. Lively staff, especially Claire and brilliant price. Out the way so don't nneed to worry about my dog possibly trying to do the great escape and not near main road. Can also book online which is a bonus. Definitely booking the park out for my dog as he loved it and sulked as he had to leave.

We have just tried Home from Home after our previous boarding kennels closed down. Our dog Jasper had an amazing time! I know he was absolutely well cared for. He came back so happy and healthy. The facebook pictures staff put on were very much appreciated too. Just to see Jasper having a great time on his walk, enabled us to relax and enjoy our break. You can't put a price on that! I love the fact that it's family run too and the staff are so friendly. Thank you all at HFH. We've found another kennels we can trust!

Just picked my two pugs up after being on holiday for a week, It was their first stay at home from home and that’s is exactly what they had home from home care ! The staff are very friendly and caring and I would not hesitate to leave them here again ! So happy I’ve found a boarding kennels we can 100% trust my little doggies were so happy there and very well looked after !

This kennel is brilliant! The staff are excellent and really look after your dogs. We took our pooch up, who isn't all that friendly with other dogs due to being attacked when he was yoinger, he thoroughly enjoyed himself, and the staff were very praising of him. Love these kennels for our pooch, my parents have been using them for 18 years now too and they've never failed us yet!

My animals are booked in from time to time. Their accommodation is excellent & the attention & care given is superb. They are exercise in private woodland space & run & play with the staff in a secured field. Five star treatment in my opinion & very trustworthy with our precious pets.
