Took my two dogs today. Met by the owner who explained everything thoroughly. The field was down a path that will be difficult for poor mobility, but means it's away from the road and traffic noise. The field is secure with 6ft fences all around and a double bolted gate. There are benches with parasols and a shed in case of torrential rain! The field has lots of different textures, agility equipment, a water butt for drinking water and bins for waste. There are loads of tennis balls! My two loved it.

What an excellent place - visited today with the dogs and they absolutely loved it! Very secure area with a lot of running space, agility obstacles, benches and a hut for you, and a giant bowl of water, everything you could ask for!

Took my dogs to field today they loved it , was my first time there I was met by the owner who was very helpful and polite , very safe and sercure clean with everything you need for you dogs to have fun. ,definitely booking again 😊

St James Bark offer a range of services such as puppy day care, grooming, boarding and training. They are local to myself in Newburn and the west of Newcastle area. I’ve taken my 8 month old Goldendoodle to the company since he was old enough to have a wash & dry and also had puppy day care there. Sam and Michael are second to none, they absolutely love every dog that walks through their door and take care of them as if they’re their own. I couldn’t recommend a local groomer enough. My dog is always well looked after, groomed and so happy going there. Thanks Sam!

I struggled to find a day care for Lucas as he can be quite difficult. St James's Bark was reccomend to me and taking him the first time I was a nervous wreck. He has been going regularly since then he absolutely lives it and all the staff. I can't be more grateful that they gave him a trial visit and can't describe what a relief I have found people I whole heartedly trust with my boy.

I can't recommend this local business enough! Sam and her family take care of their customer's dogs as if they were their own and I can fault their service at all. From doggy daycare to grooming, it's the best canine service in Chapel House and Newcastle. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for someone to care for your pup 🐶
