C. M.So happy after taking my Shih Tzu puppy in for a groom. He is a puppy who likes to play, run, roll around in the mud. His coat was getting too long and the dirt and brambles always sticking to him.
He looks soooooooo much better now. Thanks so much to the lady who saw to Brady today. I almost cried with happiness when I saw him :)

K. M.Made a point of logging on to review after I took billy my young westie for his nails trimmed. Billy is petrified of his nails cut as the girls soon became aware, they were extremely comforting to my dog and cool as a cucumber doing what I find to be a very stressful task. They then spoiled him with cuddles, strokes and as many treats as he wanted.
Also a very old westie was in beside him being groomed, and the affection towards her was outstanding.
