You truly have given us a part of our life that we never thought was ever possible - to walk our Eryn and take her on family days out without her being nervous and full of anxiety. We have been working with you for just a few weeks and the transformation has been nothing short of unbelievable and completely overwhelming for us as a family. With the tools you have given us in our zoom sessions we have been able to settle and walk Eryn which has given her and us more confidence when we walk her. Your communication was excellent and nothing was ever a bother. You made us feel comfortable and your enthusiasm and happiness to see Eryn progress was fantastic to see. B. O.Going to The Playhound has been a fantastic way for my puppy Milo to become socialised with other dogs. He can't get along the street fast enough when he knows he's going there for the day! He falls straight to sleep when he gets home so he's getting lots of exercise and play. The introductory rates for new customers are a great feature, and Erin and the team are so accommodating and professional in dealing with your individual schedule and your pet. The communication is also great and super quick. It's also lovely to see photo and video updates of Milo and the other dogs throughout the day while I'm at work. Milo and I both love The Playhound!
M. H.Highly recommended - I'm absolutely delighted with the improvements I've seen in my puppy Myla since she has been attending day care with Erin. Her manners have improved, she is calmer in general, more relaxed around other dogs and she comes home worn out! She really enjoys her time at the Playhound where she is being very well cared for.
O. L.My very energetic sprocker spaniel loved it here and was knackered by the time he got home from day care. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for daycare or boarding near to the centre of Newcastle. Great introductory offers available making it the cheapest about also. Will definitely be returning

The communication is fantastic, I love seeing pictures and videos of my dog while he is at The Playhound, and he comes home happy and worn out! Would definitely recommend.
