We Love Pets Newcastle have been brilliant with our very nervous rescue dog. Jon is very calm and patient and clearly cares about what is best for the dogs. Always on time, flexible to suit your needs, cleans the dog after messy walks so no mud is trailed through the house and always professional. Would recommend to anyone.

We had to go out of town for a few nights and found ourselves in need of a cat sitter at short notice. Jon could not have been more friendly and professional. He put us completely at ease leaving him with the keys to our house. Our cat is a bit nervous and usually hides from new people, but Jon won her over immediately... we couldn't believe it. We contacted We Love Pets Newcastle after a disappointing start with another dog walker who was unable to send us updates about our puppy after visits. We had a 15 week old puppy at the time and we needed a dog walker after we returned to work on a one week on one week off basis. Jon came to meet us and our puppy to discuss our needs and meet our puppy. He was friendly and professional as well as being very flexible with our requirement of a lunchtime walk with updates that our puppy was okay- just what we needed! Jon started straight away and was amazing right from the first walk, he made notes about the commands we used and kept these up during walks as well as leaving him bags of treats after walks and always keeping us updated:) Our work hours have changed since returning to work and Jon has been very flexible with these, he always responds quickly and has been very reliable. I really can't recommend We Love Pets Newcastle highly enough- our friends with dogs from the park often comment to us how great he is when they see him in the park at lunchtimes with our puppy! Jon has also mentioned that We Love Pets are looking to do dog boarding in the future which we look forward to using too when we are able to travel again. Can't recommend We Love Pets highly enough!

I needed a cat sitter at relatively short notice and contacted We Love Pets-Newcastle, who responded and arranged for a meeting quickly. Jon was very friendly and professional, showing his paperwork and taking notes on important points of care and routine. My cat can be nervous around new people but Jon managed to win her over! Which is very comforting when I leave her. He was also very kind and sent me messages after each visit with an update. Would recommend and will be keeping him in mind for the future :)
