If you're looking for a trainer/walker/sitter/behaviourist who will love your dog like their own, look no further than Victoria and Tom. We initially contacted Pooch on a Pedestal as our cockapoo puppy was showing signs of separation anxiety. Victoria came to meet us and our puppy to talk through her health, nutrition and routine. She then developed a personalised plan for Tali's weekly sessions. Each week, we would get a full report about how Tali had done, including step-by-step instructions for what to work on between sessions. We also receive a video of each session so we can learn Victoria's training techniques and also see how much fun Tali has had. Tali's confidence has grown exponentially since starting her sessions with Pooch on a Pedestal. As well as being excellent with Tali, Victoria and Tom were a great source of support when our puppy was critically ill, checking in frequently for updates and offering advice. When I was admitted to hospital, they offered to help out with Tali and have been taking her out for extra walks and play sessions while I recover at home. They are always on hand with advice when needed. Really can't recommend these guys enough!

Victoria helped me enormously with our hyperactive puppy. From the very first visit I felt very reassured as I was given lots of good advice on diet, nutrition, behaviour, etc. We have weekly sessions followed up with a detailed report and video on what has been covered during that session, so I can easily show my family so we can all practice the same behaviours and activities. Our dog Nelly absolutely adores Victoria and also loves being with the the other dogs when she goes on her social walks and has learnt so much from the older dogs on good behaviour. The advice and support is always there including when Nelly had her first season. Can’t recommend enough, amazing level of service!

Have had Victoria walk our dog daily while we are in work for the last six months. Before we started the walks our young dog was extremely hyper active and struggled with all aspects of obedience. I can honestly say that Ralph has come on leaps and bounds which is all down to The care from Pooch on a Pedestal! Not only has he calmed down but is now brilliant on a lead which he previously struggled with. Can whole heartedly say i would recommend them to anyone that wants the absolute best care for their dog!

Such an amazing couple and just fantastic! They have been carrying out puppy visits for my beautiful viszla cross puppy (I've probably had more separation anxiety than my puppy!) when I've had to work and their service is second to none! Great feedback at the end of each day and I have a camera in my puppies pen to keep an eye on him and he has been nothing but calm and content between his fun visits. I cannot thank Pooch on a pedestal enough. I have never felt totally ok with leaving my dog with other people but I was totally at ease by the professionalism, knowledge and the evident love of dogs by Pooch on a pedestal. Since going to Pooch on a Pedestal our dog Winston has seemed much more spritely and at ease with other dogs, I am now much more confident with him interacting with others dogs now. No wonder they’ve received so many awards, their service and standard is exceptional!! Mylo loves his weekly visits with Tom... from enrichment fun activities in the garden, to his long enjoyable walks. Such a lovely, reliable & trusting couple. We would be lost without them! Also we get a personalised development report, and video after every session. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!

Victoria takes the time and patience, to really get to know your dog and their individual needs and personality. She puts a plan in place to suit you and your dog.
