We had a really bad experience with another local dog trainer that left are dog scared of other dogs, we were desperate to try to fix things. Helen has been an unbelievable help, we even got a second dog now and the training is amazing.

Where to start - I can't actually rave enough I don't think. I had a 2nd puppy (we already had another dog that I had taken to classes elsewhere) that I wanted to socialise and train initially. It was so much more. Skyla became a well mannered and well behaved puppy that was well socialised, ate well and a joy to have. THEN, we as a family decided that we would move countries. It was heartbreaking to think of my furbabies (including a cat too) on an aircraft for 12 or so hours, as well as the travel before, being in Singapore for about 12 hours, another 12 hours or so flying and the quarantine for 10 days after. Helen (even through lockdown) worked with us and the transition has been amazingly smooth. The care that Helen took with the animals and also with me, knowing what I was going through, was second to none. She is so in tune with the animals, their needs and what to do to help prepare, and transition that it made the whole stressful situation (with SO much going on moving a family of 5, and 3 animals, the entire contents of a house - across the other side of the world is no mean feat). As I said - I can't rave enough, but I can't thank her enough either. I would recommend Helen and her services to anyone that needs anything at all to do with animals. She is a total superstar! Why are there only 5 *s??

Helen is an absolutely brilliant dog trainer. Knowlegeable, enthusiastic and down to earth. We were fortunate to meet her on a one to one home visit, the day after we got our golden retriever puppy. Her advice regarding housetraining, nutrition, training etc was invaluable. Alongside the training classes, we find the one to ones really useful, as the whole family, including two small children can get involved in training our puppy. We can highly recommend her!

Myself and my partner got our puppy back in October 2018 and were recommended Helen by a friend. Within a few days we were booked onto a level 1 class and haven’t looked back since! Helens training methods are amazing and so effective. We were worried we would have a naughty pup however with Helens support and guidance, he is turning into a great addition to the family. We have since completed 2 level 2 groups, a behavioural class and are currently waiting on level 3 starting. Helen is amazing with all the dogs and she is our pups favourite person, he gets so excited when he sees her. Helen has helped us so much with understanding and training our pup and we cannot thank her enough! We have already recommended several friends to Helen!

We initially started our puppy on puppy social classes and once we saw how much Helen could help us, we signed up to do full behavioural classes. Currently doing a level 2 and we are so pleased we did. Helens knowledge of the most detailed problems means she always has the right way to solve them. We have encountered various issues with our pup and Helen has always delivered us a method to overcome every one of them. And she has the qualifications to prove it. Helens support out of classes is another reason that makes her services worthwhile. You get more than just a weekly class. Highly recommended to anyone.

Helen was recommended to us by my sister after she used her to train her miniature Poodle Obie. We collected our English Bull Terrier puppy Stanley just before lockdown so only managed one physical lesson with Helen. Since lockdown we have completed level 1 puppy training and had a 1 to 1 consultation. The advice and tips she has given us have made a huge difference in helping us calm our mad dog. Helen has been so helpful with all our queries and has always had time to assist us with our concerns over food and certain behaviours. After testing the waters of a few different trainers and puppy classes in Milton Keynes with our Maltipoo Ralph we were lucky enough to find Helen! Helen is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I’ve met and solves every doggy problem with positive reinforcement. We started with puppy socialisation with her and moved on to levels 1 and 2 (and soon 3) as well as enjoying one to ones, tricks classes and an array of other speciality classes that help us learn and grow as dog owners and keep our doggos entertained and well behaved too! Helen never laughs at the silly questions I ask and simply comes up with resolutions. Ralph absolutely adores her and whenever we attend class you can see the pure excitement of every dog as she walks over! We refer to her as “Aunty Helen” as we are all a family unit at doggiedodoggiedont. We are so happy and lucky we found Helen and look forward to our continued work with her in the future.

She is highly knowledgeable and makes training so much fun for both your puppy and you! I took my first two girls to Helen and am now back again with my third having just as much fun as I did previously! Between my trio, we have completed four level 1's and two level 2's, with my third girl booked onto her first Level 2 and we can't wait to get started. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a dog trainer. We have attended her puppy socialisation classes, her obedience classes and some of her one off classes. She even picked things up about my pup that the vets missed. Also, she’s bonkers! But in the most lovely way :-D She’s the patience of a saint and you will laugh in every session. Helen is an excellent puppy and dog trainer/behaviourist. She uses positive reinforcement techniques and runs classes for all levels including personalised home visits. We found both very helpful and the puppy socialisation classes were great. Helen is the most incredible intuitive dog trainer around - I think she has canine blood because she is able to both understand and know the dog before they know what they know !!! She was absolutely fantastic when our dog was suffering from trauma after we got burgled -he was very upset and aggressive to all visitors to the house - now he knows his job without getting carried away - which is a huge relief !!
