j. L.Milo, my Cockapoo, was in desperate need of a groom and my usual place didn’t have availability for weeks.
I called Sam in desperation to explain that my ball of fluff was literally that lol - he looked like a mop on legs. Sam was able to squeeze me in at short notice, listened to my request re cutting his coat short (but not too short that his wavy coat didn’t show through), and kindly kept him for a little while longer while I was stuck in back to back meetings. In short, Sam is an absolute star. Nothing was too much of a problem. Definitely a great service and a great price. We’ll be returning x
