So pleased to have found such a kind and attentive local groomer for our somewhat nervous Cavapoo. Vicki trimmed Daisy exactly as we asked, a tidy up, not too short, still fluffy but not as scruffy looking as before! Thank you for making Daisy look even prettier and she smells lovely too! Next 3 month appointment already booked 😁

Firstly I just want to start by saying I couldn’t recommend Vicki as a dog groomer enough I was a little apprehensive taking Sunni to a new groomers as she’s quite nervous, but Vicki made the process so much easier and less stressful. I was able to go and look around at her parlour and take Sunni with me to get her used to it before I booked her in for her groom. Sunni has had two puppy grooms and both times she has been so content and happy. She also had a lovely pre birthday pamper, she looked so gorgeous and smelt lovely. I can tell 100% that Vicki loves dogs and really loves her job. She is brilliant with Sunni! I was so happy she managed to overcome the anxieties Sunni had with grooming and make it a positive experience for Sunni I know that Sunni is so well looked after and loved while she is with Vicki and I couldn’t be more grateful that I found her! Thank you so so much Vicki, you are amazing!! And Sunni loves coming to you. And seeing and playing with your beautiful children! See you soon for my next pamper. I can’t wait 🥰🐶💕

Vicky was absoy amazing with my Loki (German shepherd/huskey cross) he came back looking stunning and smelling gorgeous! Everything was with ease with Vicky from drop off, to questions asks to pick up. Also got a glimpse of her gorgeous doggo too!! Loki can't wait to go back!!

Would definitely recommend Vicki at Pristine Pooches. A great groomer. She does a great job of grooming Rossi (Newfoundland). Don't know how she manages him so well as he is as big as she is! Feel very comfortable with Vicki and leaving Rossi with her - she is clearly a real dog lover! We also visited her before Rossi's first groom to have a look at the grooming room. Looks as though she has spent a lot of time and money on getting it right. Would recommend her 100%.

Highly recommended, Teddy went for his first ever groom and was abit jiffly and scared but Vicki was amazing very professional patient and loving , the parlour is very clean and tidy and feels very relaxed. Definitely be going back again! Your dogs really are treated like Princes and Princesses here!
