S.I am so pleased I called Lauren - she's been an absolute balm for me and my dogs, supporting and guiding us through a tricky patch when we introduced a large rescue puppy to our two older terriers. She's highly qualified which means she has the latest scientific knowledge and know-how, but she communicates in a very clear and practical way and she's so kind and understanding.
Her approach has been very thorough and reassuring and she spots the small stuff too. I have followed her advice and suggestions and now have a much more harmonious trio of hounds and a much less stressed me!
The added support of being able to WhatsApp Lauren with any queries or concerns is an added bonus and helps me nip any niggling concerns in the bud.

Lauren is a good instructor who really is a dog whisperer, she comes highly recommended.

She has such a calm and engaging manner with both dogs and their humans that you feel at ease whilst working with her. Lauren helped us with our rescue dog, Teddy, who was very reactive to all other dogs and animals. She accompanied us on walks with him and helped us understand how we needed to behave around Teddy prior to any potential reaction and also when he did react. During his development, I found he reacted to pickup trucks and trailers whilst paying no notice to other road vehicles. Lauren at Wagg and Purr Pet Behaviour came to see us and then joined us on a walk.
