I took my litter princes here and I was very satisfied with their work. Libby is very friendly and the grooming is absolutely perfect. I have taken my Persian cat there twice and I will continue taking her there. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a five star service.

I took my 17 year old cat to Groomed to Purr-fection for a pamper day. Had a wash n dry, nail trim, eye and ear clean and had some matted areas of hair removed. I can truely say that Libby has worked wonders with my cat. You can see the difference it has made. Not only is my cat sleeping better but also looking more alert and healthy again. Absolutely amazing! My adopted stray cat was having problems keeping his back end clean and wouldn't let me near him to clean him so initially took him in for a sanitary trim as I didnt want to upset him too much as hes very nervous however Libby worked her magic and somehow managed to give him a full bath and groom! He smells and looks amazing! Never dremt I'd be taking my cat for a spa day but he definitely needed it! Thank you so much ...we will be back... love Oreo and Helena xx

What a fantastic job Libby did with our little Olly. He needed a lion clip and Libby explained in great detail how best to manage his long hair and avoid matting. He came out looking like a prince and the way he is waltzing round the house he feels alot better for it too. We will certainly be returning as it is clear Olly is in very safe hands.

Libby groomed my persian cat George today, he had gotten quite matted and needed sorting out. I can't believe how well she has groomed him- she has worked so hard to get the knots out without shaving him which must have taken a lot of work! He looks incredible, smells delicious and seemed so calm and happy when I got him home! Couldn't recommend her more and will book him in soon for a refresh. Tizzy was really knotted and hates going in his carry case. Complained all the way there. After his treatment he looks lovely and was so relaxed and chilled on the way home. Will be using the groomer again and was really helpful with advise.

My usually very nervous and slightly boisterous rescue tom cat had a bath and now looks and smells gorgeous! I don't know how Libby did it but she worked wonders with my cat Bernard who returned very settled. She sent a photo to me post bath and he looked settled and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this service; its excellent value for money, we were able to get a slot quickly with just a few days between booking and the appointment. I am absolutely going to use this service again and regularly to keep Bernard's coat in tip top condition. We've had sanitary issues with Bernard for ages due to anal gland issues and I've never been able to clean him to the standard this service managed, but I was really impressed with how clean and lovely his fur is now.

We had tried several groomers but our car was was mattered and wouldn’t let them touch her . We were so lucky to find groomed to perfection as that is what she did ! We never thought anyone would manage to groom our rather anxious British domestic medium hair, CJ. Since we got her, our attempts at home have caused a lot of stress and anxiety for both us and her. CJ spent just over an hour with Libby and came back with super fluffy, clean fur and lovely short clipped claws. Really professional, good value, great communication and we will definitely be back!

Libby does an amazing job, lovely lady! I take 2 of my ragdolls to her who are always so happy after and no stress! They look beautiful after a good bath and dry! One of my ragdolls gets really matted and he looks brand new after, it also helps with his grooming and avoids more matting. Would really recommend!

After a previous traumatic experience with other cat groomers, I was a little nervous about leaving Primrose with anyone else, but she got a very sudden matt on her neck and it needed coming off. Libby took the time to ring me to explain her experience, so I took the plunge, and am I so pleased I did. Primrose was so relaxed going home she was nodding off, once home she hasn't stopped coming to show us her lovely clean coat, you can see she is so relaxed and feeling so much happier. They did a fab job on my older and less tolerant cat, bathed, groomed, nails clipped, sanitary clip, eyes and ears cleaned.I was expecting problems because Dexter is not great with strangers, or changes. My long hair senior cat was really struggling to groom himself. He is not a fan of being brushed and being a bit fiesty I thought I would get the help of a professional. He is now on a regular bath and dry schedule. No more mat's, shedding and hairballs. He loves himself after a groom. Definitely recommend.
