Vicky is a caring professional who was essential in getting my (then stray) six-year-old cat to settle into her new home. During our first session, Vicky assessed the cat's history, temperament and environment, and suggested techniques to help my cat grow in confidence — she provided a personalised behavioural plan that worked wonders.
Throughout the entire process, Vicky was wholeheartedly generous with her time and insights and made me feel confident that I can cater to my cat's individual needs. As a result, nowadays, the cat is thriving.
I would 100% recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate companion animal behaviourist. Thank you so much, Vicky, for having such a positive impact on my cat's life.

Vicky is such a natural with animals. She speaks their language and makes every effort to further her understanding wherever she can. She completely changed how I responded to my dogs needs and I know so much more about my dog and cat now. My dog found meeting strangers hard but was instantly looking to Vicki and doing all she asked. I feel so lucky to have been able to receive her help and support. She is highly reccomended. She leads with compassion and empathy. What more could you ask for!

We got a little kitten having never had pets before and Vicky really helped us understand how best to settle him in. She taught us the basics and more and clearly had the animal's best interests very close to heart. She has also been kind enough to take a number of follow up calls to help with other issues that have come up. Would definitely recommend her to anybody who needs a hand with their pet!

Vicky is amazing! She greatly advised us with our puppy during the early stages and we found her advice to be extremely helpful! Vicky is very knowledgeable, friendly and she has a strategy to deal with everything.
Vicky has a kind and sensitive approach to dogs. She gave us knowledge and the confidence to implement ideas and resources to cope with the early stages of dealing and training our puppy. I would highly recommend Vicky for any dog lover.

We just completed the 4th and final lesson with Vicky who has been amazing throughout. We recently got a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy and wanted some professional support in training. We contacted Vicky who suggest we do 4 lessons. We had 3 lessons at home and 1 in the park spread over 8 weeks and we cannot thank Vicky enough - all her advice and support was amazing and has helped us build a really close, high quality relationship with our puppy. I would very much recommend Vicky to anyone!

Vicky was so generous with her time and advice. Thanks to her I have two exceedingly well adjusted ragdoll kittens (almost a year old) who love us and each other. There is no mistaking their affection, they are very demonstrative. If you are looking for someone to help you adjust to your new life with feline family members then look no further, Vicky is your answer. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

I'm a cat behaviour and welfare specialist and have known Vicky for about 8 years now. I can attest to her brilliant, compassionate, evidence based approach to improving the lives of cats and dogs. She cares deeply about animals and their well-being and is continually studying inorder to improve her knowledge and keep up to date with the latest thinking and best practice solutions. There are lots of so called 'behavioursts' out there and they can vary grately in terms of their knowledge and approaches. Finding a good one is very important when solving problematic behaviours in pets, in a way that is also good for their well-being and doesn't cause them further stress. This is at the centre of Vicky's approach - she is kind, gentle and always puts the needs of the animals first.

Vicky has helped my so much with my dog. He was incredibly responsive to her right away and she instantly address tiny things in my home that made it hard for my dog to relax. She's taught me so much about positive training and just how effective it is. Dexter is much more stimulated mentally now and has become calmer as a result. It doesnt mean he never reacts, but when he does i react much better to it! I cant thank vicky enough for all her help and reassuring words. Her true care and compassion for animals is so apparent and she changed mine and Dexters lives fot the better
