Libby cared for my newly-rescued cat over the Christmas period, and I couldn’t be any happier with the experience. My cat is still very anxious around strangers and the meet and greet that Libby provided beforehand was really helpful for settling any concerns I had about leaving her. She was cared for brilliantly and was happy and relaxed when I returned. I would use Libby’s services again in a heartbeat!

Libby stepped in at short notice to feed my 2 cats over Christmas, even though I don't live very locally. She sent pics of the girls on 2 of the visits, which I really appreciate and they were well fed and happy when I got home. I was recommended Libby's Pet Services by cat owners after asking if anyone local could board my house rabbits. I had never considered anyone coming into my home before, which was a little daunting for me, but Libby was happy to come over and meet me and my bunnies beforehand and explained how her services worked. I opted for two visits a day and got sent daily photos and updates while I was abroad. Libby also clipped their nails, cleaned their pen and opened curtains on my return. Libby has also looked after them on another occasion when one needed some medicines which she was happy to accommodate on her visits. I have so much peace of mind knowing that my rabbits will be extremely well cared for without having to stress them out by driving them to an unfamiliar environment! It's the perfect solution; my bunnies are happy and I am happy!

Libby has looked after my cat a few times and he's always super happy with her and relaxed when I come back. My cat needed medicine and his anti flea treatment, which she was happy to administer. I also had a house emergency while away and she helped greatly, thanks!

When a challenging situation arose she dealt with but swiftly and professionally. I am so relieved to have found her, I’m sure there are many good pet minders out there, but Libby is absolutely above and beyond.

She even came to the house a few days beforehand to meet the cats and see where everything was etc. I felt totally comfortable leaving them in her capable hands and even more reassuring that she is a vet nurse. This was the first time I’ve used a dog sitter outside of family/friends. From the first contact Liberty was polite, helpful and friendly. As soon as Sasha got to Liberty’s house, she was being made a fuss of and made to feel very welcome. Over her stay I received regular photos and updates showing her happy and playing. Libby looked after our pug dexter while we was on holiday last week, she has also dropped in to walk him on a separate occasion , Dexter is a nervous dog and does get stressed easily but Libby made sure he was comfortable and kept us regularly updated with pictures and text, we came home to a very excited dog, thank you for taking care of dexter 😊
