Dolly loves her walks with Alicia and is well looked after. Alicia offers a very professional, flexible and friendly service. Using a reliable company means I have peace of mind when we have to leave our puppy as I know she will get lots of fuss and attention at a time of our choosing. Dolly loves to visit lots of different parks and enjoys the variety and new adventures. I really appreciate the personal touches such as; receiving videos , text messages and photos of Dolly having fun and exploring on a walk (whilst I am stuck in an office!) . Alicia has looked after our cat on a number of occasions and we have always had a brilliant service. I feel Malcolm is cared for well and is safe. We also love the updates, (videos and pictures) we get of him whilst we’re away. As a keen gardener, it is also really helpful that Alicia waters my plants too during her visits. Mapperely Pet services is fantastic! Alecia will send me videos of my pooch everytime they go out, and Doug is always having a good time. Really professional service, and makes sure all the dogs get along well so they can all enjoy their walks together. They visit a variety of parks for their walk, and the weather is taken into consideration so Doug is always comfortable, even in the peak of summer. Highly recommend Mapperely Pet services for anyone in need of a friendly, professional dog walking service!

Alicia visits to look after my cat when we are away. She is very reliable & professional. She takes notes of all requirements and follows them each visit. I pay for half hour visits during which time she feeds/cleans then sits & plays for the allocated time. She sends several videos every visit which is very reassuring to know he is ok. I would highly recommend this lovely, trustworthy lady.

Excellent care for our kitten! Would recommend to anyone I know with pets! I felt so comfortable knowing our cat was in her own home and with such fantastic care she was receiving. Alicia takes great care of our dog whenever we need her. She’s very thorough with all the paper work which really sets your mind at ease. We regularly gets videos of what her and our dog have been up to via WhatsApp which really adds to the service!

Alicia provides nothing short of a 5* service for pets. We have a mostly-nervy-with-strangers sorta cat, Muffin. Alicia didn't just feed her, she really made an effort to gain Muffin's trust and we could tell by the regular video updates we received that Muffin was happy and comfortable with her (I think she barely noticed we'd gone tbh!) While we were away, our automatic pet feeder malfunctioned but it didn't phase Alicia one iota and she kindly fitted in extra visits to ensure our cat was regularly fed whilst she reprogrammed the feeder and got it working. Security-wise, it was also reassuring knowing that someone was making our house look lived in. She even watered our plants! Worth every penny. We wouldn't hesitate to book Alicia again 😸

We couldn’t have found a better walker for our dog Rocky. Alicia managed to fit us into her schedule with short notice last year, and we’ve been using her ever since! I highly recommend Mapperley Pet Services - Our blind dog and ball obsessed Eternal pup never phased Alicia - Alicia's dedication and conscientious approach to ensuring your pet's needs are met on an emotional as well as a practical level is so reassuring and evident from the very first meeting. She has also helped us out in an emergency with petsitting - taking care of fish, cats and our chickens - all for the price of one visit...!! Have used Alicia a few times for cat, rabbit and even feeding the fish while we were away. Great service and was on hand with a last min emergency cover. Even watered the veg plot and kept the house looking lived in while we were away. Loved the reassuring video messsges showing Charlie cat having great fun without us.
