Never used a kennel for my dog before and naturally I was nervous to leave my pooch. But I was immediately put at ease with the service and experience and a very, very happy dog. Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a safe space for their pets 😊

Nice lady who runs this business , it very reasonable priced and plenty of spaces . Other kennels within the nottingham area are just money orientated there focus is purely on looking a way, but don't necessarily deliver a good overall service .

Was so worried about leaving my gorgeous boy Chester. ....as never left him before. .... the lady there listened to me which is so important and went out of her way to make sure my boy settled in....a lot of time was spent with Chester. ...I feel that they went over and above to make my boy settled. .... extremely clean premises ....Chester was so happy and amiable when I collected him it was as if he had never been away .... I call that exceptional service. ... to all the animal lovers out there ....if they need a place to stay ...then Pampered Pets is the place .....I definitely recommend. ...thankyou pampered pets for looking after my darling black and tan Jack Russell and for making my stay away so much better ....will definitely be using you again now I am fully calm and relaxed knowing that he is cared for in the same way that I care for him.. thankyou so much!

Nice out the way location , friendly service and a clean environment. The dogs had more than enough space and even though it was 2 degrees out side the kennels was nice and warm inside.

I've been taking my 3 dogs and cat here 15 years now and never had a problem . Staff are very polite and very friendly . My car door is opened and my dogs run to them and even get excited wen i turn up the driveway . So i really dont know why these comments are flying around as i will continue to use them without fear what so ever. Spotless ,honest with customers never been rude at all . I wouldn't go anywhere else my pets very happy with there stays and I'm very happy with the service we recieve
