D. J.I've been really happy with Premier Pets hotel, they looked after Lola Lou brilliantly. I'm an over anxious pet parent because Lola is a rescue dog and I didn't want her to think I'd abandoned her (I know, right. 🤣).
Lola isn't great with small dogs, so I called them and they said that her reactivity would be no problem; she'd be able to see dogs opposite, but not to the side and would always be exercised separately, which set my mind at ease.
I booked Lola in for an overnight stay and a week later a two night stay, so she'd get used to me leaving her and collecting her before the five night stay... And it worked out beautifully. Not only did she gallop in on the third visit, she didn't give me a backward glance as she trotted off with the staff, so I was able to breathe a big sigh of relief.
The whole experience with Premier Pets Hotel has exceeded my expectations. I'm very, very happy that I have found somewhere I can leave Lola, and know she is being well taken care of.

N. N.Our lovely dog pepper stayed recently with Premier pets and unfortunately quite soon on her arrival became quite poorly. Michelle and the amazing team took her to many vet appointments in different areas and kept us up to date on a daily basis about her recovery. Because of their outstanding care and commitment around pepper , we managed to stay on holiday. They were amazing and can't praise them enough, they went over and above expectations. J. B.A big Thank you to Ashleigh and all the loving and caring staff at Ruddington Premier Pets Hotel. It was the first time I had used a kennel for my 2 year old terrier. Everyone made me feel very comfortable leaving her and she had a wonderful time. I had prompt response's to my email asking how she was while I was away and photos too. Check in and out was handled swiftly and very efficiently. All in all a Wonderful experience for the both of us. See you all again soon.
Z. P.Daily rates seem reasonable for 1 dog,but sharing rates charges are the same price. Most kennel normally charge half price rate for dog sharing,unless they are two entirely different size dogs which makes sense .
Such a ashame, but it cheaper elsewhere for two unfortunately. Hope in the future this is looked into and adjusted .
Never booked so unsure on how the service is, but price wise great value for the one .

J. V.My two dogs absolutely love staying here! The staff are so loving towards all the animals and I have no worries when I leave the boys here for their holidays. Not to mention the fab photos they post on Facebook so that you can see them having fun! 5* kennels, wouldn’t use any other.
