Fiona and her team went above and beyond TWICE for my pup and my furry niece! Little Nala had to come stay with us for a few weeks due to a family emergency, which meant she was away from her normal groomers as she doesn't live in Oxford. …

i was asked to find a groomer for a friends dog and not knowing much about the subject was very surprised how difficult it was to make an appointment however it was possible to get Blaker an appointment at fairly short notice we took blaker at the allotted time. his owner and Fiona were able to talk over what was required. i can not express my relief when he was picked up and both dog and owner were absolutely delighted by the results - every thing was just as required and far better than any other groomers that had been used before so i am sure he will be going back in a month or so.

I have been taking my Westie here for over 3 years and find Fiona and her daughter very friendly and very helpful. Fiona is an absolute star! We had to leave our puppy with family in Oxford due to a family bereavement abroad. After being in lockdown since March, our 9-month-old cavapoo, Nala, was in urgent need of a groom, especially because of the heatwave in June. We were struggling to find a groomer in Oxford who could accommodate new puppies (because of the recent lockdown) until we found Fiona. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She replied to my email within two hours and was able to offer an appointment within 4 days! Nala is a lot more comfortable and happier after her groom. I can't thank Fiona enough for helping us during this difficult time. Not a lot of people would have accommodated us in such short notice. The way she helped us is a testament not only to what a lovely person she is but also to how much she cares about dogs. I would recommend her without hesitation.
