Pixie Lee Pet Services are amazing! We were a bit nervous to send off our pup at first but needn't be at all. Our dog absolutely loves Lee and the other dogs and we feel safe, and happy to send him off with her. Lee is professional, reliable and responsive and has a wonderful warm and calm attitude to clients on two as well as four legs. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Five stars from the entire family ⭐️

I originally met Lee when she started walking Copper, another overly energetic and young working cocker and so I have never had any hesitations in sending Blodwyn out for walks with Lee - in fact, as soon as I knew there was a chance I'd be taking Blodwyn on from her previous owners, I contacted Lee to see if Blodwyn could join one of Lee's groups as I knew it would do her the world of good. Lee is incredibly reliable, professional but also so empathetic to each dog's needs - she really is an absolute gem and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. I always feel totally safe and happy when Blodwyn is out with Lee. Lee keeps me up to date on how Blodwyn has been and how her recall is coming along. Like Copper, I fear Blodwyn prefers your walks to mine!

Lee has been an incredible help since we adopted Basil, our retired greyhound. She has made it possible for a working couple to keep their dog happy and healthy; Basil clearly loves her. Lee has been flexible with regards to walking arrangements and has always proved reliable. She clearly cares for the animals she looks after and had proved really helpful in monitoring any health concerns we had about Basil. We also love the social media updates Lee posts from Basil’s walks! Overall, we couldn’t recommend Pixie Lee Pet Services highly enough and feel very grateful to Lee for all her work.

Hi my name is Ariel and I am a very demanding cat. Lee looks after me when my mum is away and she is really good! She plays with me and she walk me out (unless it’s raining and in that case she cuddles me!). Lee is very professional and so good with the dogs in her care. My dog went from being a trembling wreck on his first walk (until he got out there with the other dogs ) to a total excited monster every time she appears. He’s hard to control he’s that excited ! Lee provides an absolutely stellar dog walking service. Our dog is always waiting at the window when Lee arrives and comes back from her walk a pooped pooch and very happy. Lee ran through everything in great detail before we started the arrangement which was really reassuring. Great to see the videos of the pack playing around on social, too. Highly recommend.

Lee has been a real ‘find’. I have a rescue dog and she was quite timid when I got her late last year. Molly loves to see Lee and go for walks with her and a few other dogs, which is real progress. Lee is so compassionate and understanding of rescue dogs, treats Molly with kindness and understands and recognises when Molly is stressed or out of sorts. Lee keeps me updated and always contacts me if she has any concerns. I can’t recommend Lee enough, she is just brilliant!

Lee has been walking Copper in one of her group walks for a couple of months now and I have no hesitation in recommending her services. Copper is a somewhat exuberant young working cocker and Lee always gives him the exercise he needs during the day whilst helping me reinforce his ongoing training. In fact, I suspect he prefers going out with Lee and the other dogs more than myself! Copper actively looks forward to Lee coming to take him out and the way she treats him shows in his continuing improvements in recall and controlling his chase instinct. Copper really benefits from the 'firm but fair' treatment and Lee recognised this from the first meeting which shows just how intuitive her methods are. Lee is always punctual and 100% reliable, she manages our over-complicated security system and I am at very happy with her own security arrangements as well. If you need a dedicated, caring and thoroughly professional dog walker then Lee is the complete package.

Lee has been walking my dog now for nearly two months and I cannot recommend her more highly. She is extremely professional and trustworthy and I can always count on her to let me know well in advance if for some rare reason she is going to be delayed or unable to make a regular date. However, what I most value is how concerned and willing she has been to help me out with my dog's reactivity and to keep him feeling safe and secure. She is firm but kind with him and fiercely protective of him and extremely cooperative with the plan we've received from our behaviourist. I almost hesitate to write this review in case she becomes inundated with new requests!

Lee has been walking Molly since the autumn last year. Molly is a rescue dog who was afraid of everything and everyone. She would run away from other dogs, or snap at them; was very suspicious of new people; and reluctant to leave our side. Today I watched Molly in the park not only responding positively to other dogs, but actively seeking them out. She runs round clearly having a ball; and goes with Lee for her walk without a backward glance. Having thought she would never be able to join a group walk, Molly now walks regularly with other dogs. Lee is so much more than a dog walker. She has worked with us to help Molly develop her confidence, and is the first person outside the family who Molly has trusted. We have seen Molly transform into a happy and confident dog, in no small part to the support and care provide by Lee.
