B. B.My dog Caramel came from wood green and when we went away she was always looked after by my best friend. But unfortunately during covid my friend passed away and if we were to have further holidays I needed to know Caramel would be ok. I was worried she'd think we had abandoned her so we took her for a walk round and to meet some staff before we went. When we dropped her off she went off happily and they sent me a photo whilst I was away to put my mind at rest. They went through everything with us such as diet, likes and dislikes, they covered everything. They were absolutely lovely,caring and professionally people who adore animals. I am quite happy to resume taking holidays knowing Caramel is fine and happy. I cannot thank Acorn Lodge enough.
J. B.First time at leaving our boy. I had nothing to worry about as our boy was in good hands. Friendly and pollite staff. On picking our boy up after he had been to Muddy Paws was so happy to see a bouncy dog wagging his tail. Would recommend to all and will certainly use them again. Keep up the good work.
