R. K.Our dog attends daycare here for socialisation. She really enjoys it. She started when she was a puppy. She also did the puppy grooming course here to get her used to being in a groomers environment which is a great idea and great value for money. The staff are all lovely and you can tell they all genuinely love dogs, we particularly love the Facebook page updates and seeing all the happy pups having the best time. Only qualm we have is that we took her elsewhere for her first full schnauzer cut because they are very well experienced with schnauzers after recommendations from friends. Once we took her back we were told dogs should only see one groomer and that they didn't seem to want to have her for baths or hygiene cuts anymore which seems a bit silly to us as the more people and environments a dog is used to the better. Won't mark them down on this as obviously personal preference/discretion of the groomer bit feels a bit silly to us.
J. W.Been several times with our pup Bella. Had puppy introduction grooming and then yesterday first proper groom. She looks fabulous. She gets so excited going and loves all the staff! They are all fabulous with her, clearly very caring and great at their jobs. Highly recommended! Thanks x

L. G.We went to a meet and greet then my pup spent the day a few days later. I've just dropped her off for her second visit and she was SUPER excited, which I can only take a sign she had a great time.
Communication with the staff is great. They're really friendly and really settled my nerves leaving her in their care. I received a phone call around lunch time on her first day explaining how she had been getting along with the other dogs. I would recommend after only one visit
L. P.Excellent groom for my, normally very strong willed, water hating Samoyed. For the whole groom he was calm, cared for and came out looking more gorgeous than he ever has. If you're looking for a groomer, I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Convenient to shop for all your pet food and pet needs. The spa makes sure that their every whim is also catered for. If you're looking for a one stop shop, then look no further.
P. S.Dropped dog of at 7.30am. Collected dog at 5.00pm. Dog happy and tired out. Everything you want from a child's nursery but this is for dogs, do not take your kids expecting the same results. Fully recommend.
