E. C.Just moved to the area and approached Mutz Cutz to take on my 2 Scottie's. They are absolutely fantastic to deal with, every member of staff is exceptionally friendly. I recently had a booking for both of mine and the night before one of my dogs had quite a traumatic experience, they are both rescues. The Team here were so understanding and empathetic and suggested she just stay home with me. Anazing customer experience and the treatment and cut of my Scottie's are second to none. So glad i found them!
K. C.Cannot praise them enough, Monty had his first grown up cut. The staff were extremely professional starting with a consultation and discussion about the type of fur he has , our input on how we wanted him cut and an explanation of what the groomer would do. They obviously love their job and dogs. Our Monty now looks very handsome…..a six month old morkie. We shall certainly recommend and be back regularly
M. F.Wow just been reading a few reviews… and I was shocked and in total disbelief reading Kim’s review.. it truly sounded like a totally different groomers, than the one I take my little cavapoo too for 6 yrs.
I have even done a course in this groomers & there quality expertise is unquestionably… I have never known Dawn work in any other way but 100% professional, she cares immensely about every doggie thats booked in ..
All her staff have equally been trained by Dawn, and Mutz Cutz are a fabulous team, after all you don’t win the National England business award for being the Best dog grooming business for running a shabby show ..
Also one must say, being a doggie owner for one of these curly breeds, I brush and make sure my girls coat never gets in such a state it needs to be removed, I would feel totally responsible if her coat wasn’t maintained by myself …
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mutz Cutz, and before I end this review I want to thank all the super staff for doing such an amazing job … well done x
S. W.Our cockapoo Honey has been for a groom at Mutz Cutz for the first time today and we couldn't be more impressed with the service. We explained that our dog was very nervous about getting groomed following a bad experience but the staff were great at reassuring us and being patient with her. We were invited in for the staff to meet Honey before the groom to discuss what we were looking for which definitely helped calm nerves.
All of the staff have been amazing and we cannot recommend enough. The best groom Honey has ever had!

N. H.I went to Mutz Cutz for the first time yesterday to use the self service bathing spa. It was fantastic. What a brilliant idea to let the owners bath their own dogs.
Dawn the manager was so friendly and helpful in showing me the set up. it was also extremely clean . I will definitely be using this service from now on...no more lifting my Dog into the bath at home and hurting my back.!!!
I can highly recommend this service to anyone ..

R. T.First time for our little springer Bella here the other day. I was greeted by friendly staff who were very attentive .. Dawn the owner asked me exactly how I would like Bella cut and paid attention to detail. Very pleased with the result.
B. P.On Saturday We took are two cocker pup's to mutz cutz for the first time to wash them are selfies , the girls were amazing they explained how to waah the dogs and use the equipment , i would highly recommend them , we'll definitely be taking are dog's back 10 out of 10

P. W.I took my day binky to Mutz Cutz for the do it your self wash it was very easy and great for binky as he suffers from anxiety. The staff where great and always there to help ,we will be using them again soon.

R.I literally was in the area due to having to take my other fur baby to the crematorium near by, my Tiana was distressed and fretting I managed to get her in with a no show to see the groomers they pampered her with lavender to calm her as she had just lost her daughter who she hasn't been apart from for 5 years, she came out and she was so relaxed and so much more chilled than before she looked amazing the groomer did an amazing job of her, I live in Manchester but will ensure to travel down just to get her groomed 💕

I would recommend them without hesitation.
A. K.Barney and I spent a wonderful day at Mutz Cutz Grooming Spa today. I wanted to learn how to groom Barney myself as he was so unhappy attending a local Nottingham groomer. Dawn ( Mutz Cutz owner) was absolutely brilliant, she taught me how to wash him, prepare him for clipping and use the clippers. Barney was very relaxed and content at Mutz Cutz, I am delighted with the results, Barney looks fabulous. I highly recommend Dawn and her team at Mutz Cutz
