I have been using Rags & Bert’s Doggy Daycare since my dog was just over three months old and he absolutely loves it! I think it has been so important to socialise him with other dogs from a young age and all of the staff at Rags and Bert’s are very helpful and friendly. He also stays overnight in the dog hotel on occasions which has been really useful when I have needed to make sure he is well looked after for an evening. I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you :)

Have been taking my dog here for the past year. She loves it every time. Is a nervous dog around other people and they were amazing with her from the outset and she loves the staff. Love the photo updates we get on Instagram to see what they are up to during the day. We have used the overnight stay a couple of times and has always been really easy to book in and very well priced. I would recommend to anyone with a dog and it really helps your dogs with the socialization that they all need to learn when they are puppies! Thank you team

Love this place for dog care. So easy for all day care while I am at work nearby. They looked after him so well when he was off colour and he is super excited when he knows we are going there in the day. Bit pricier than in a home day care but worth it.

I’ve been coming with my 18 month-old cocker spaniel, Findlay, twice a week since he was 14 weeks old. We both absolutely adore this place and he has the best time playing with all his friends and I have complete trust and faith in Julia and her amazing team. He’s also stayed overnight and would be very happy for him to do so again. Findlay is a super-sociable, ultra friendly boy and nothing phases him at all. I think this is due in a large part to all the socialisation, input and integration with a wide variety of other dogs that he’s had since coming here. Indeed on quite a few occasions the staff have let me know that they used Findlay in support/training work with puppies or nervous dogs, something which makes me very proud! The booking system online is easy to use and if you need to speak to someone in person then Sarah in the office is very helpful. I would 100% recommend Rags and Burts to look after all your dog’s needs. Thank you & a woof from Findlay!

My general experience has been a very good one with Rags and Bert’s, everything from the appointment portal, the support they've given me over the phone to all the policies and procedures that are clearly in place to safeguard the dogs and treat them with the utmost care. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring people and company that has dogs at the heart of all they do. Honestly you couldn’t want more from a place looking after your pooch!

Been talking my dog here for a couple of months on/off and it’s absolutely fantastic. I have quite an anxious dog and the trainers are really good with her and give me updates every time I pick her up. They really know how to care for her needs, especially when she’s still not a fan of some of the big doggies. I’ll keep coming here for daycare!!

Our Frenchie loves going to Rags&Bert...when your pooch is pulling on the lead like a fat kid licking a sweet shop window, you know it's like Disney Land for dogs. Having read a few negative reviews I can only go on my own experience, staff are friendly & the processes in place to accommodate social distancing works nicely.

My dog adores spending time at Rags and Berts, despite being quite a nervous dog. She always drags me in the door and is thrilled to be there, I also get a wonderful welcome from her when I collect her. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. We also left her there for over two weeks whilst we were away and we were kept up to date with pictures and she even got a birthday party. I can't recommend Rags and Berts enough.

Unfortunately I was only looking for an adhoc stay for Bramble. The first of these was before the date they offered as a visit so we have now found a place elsewhere. Just the way it went no bother either way.

Our puppy Sproodle's been going to Rags & Bert's for 2 or 3 months now and he absolutely loves it. He drags me into the building when we get there and never wants to come home when I collect him! It's clear all the staff love dogs and are attentive to their needs. For me this model of doggy day care really works, I don't worry that my dog will get lost, or attacked by other dogs, so for me it's safer and more stimulating than a dog walking service. He's totally pooped when we get home, a relaxed and happy pup who has learnt to socialise well with other dogs, so I have no worries when we're walking him on the days he's not at Rags & Bert's!

Our dog Romeo is a labrador full of energy. We left him for the first time to Rags& Bert's, for 9 nights. We were a little bit worried as it was his first time in a hotel-day care. When I went back to take him, it was the first time he didnt even cry or jump on me when he saw me, and he was so calm and happy! It was a pleasure to realise that he had such a good time. We were receiving lovely reports during his stay and photos of his activities. The place is clean and luxurius with high class facilities. We will definitely visit them again! Have used the DIY dog wash several times and will be back again today for another scrub down of my stinky bulldog after rolling in everything he can find! Well equipped wash room and Bentley always smells lush after having used their products.

I regularly use Rags and Berts for doggy day care and am delighted with their services! I never have to worry as they take really good care of Rocco and it allows me to have more freedom than using a dog walker, as he can stay for half a day at a really reasonable price. Sasha is also an excellent groomer and Rocco has a great haircut!

My Puppy has only just started and he absolutely love it it. When I drop him off he is so excited wagging his tail and cannot get there quick enough. At pick up I can hear the staff talking to him being so kind and friendly. Highly recommend

We have a rather nervous dog who gets scared around new people and new dogs. We signed him up for Confidence Building with Tom who was incredible. He went for his first session of day care recently and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and caring, listened to my concerns and reassured me when I needed it. Sarah, in particular from my experience, goes above and beyond and is an angel who goes out of her way to help. Can highly recommend this place.
