Sylvia was incredibly helpful offering me invaluable advice about my puppy’s feeding and sleeping arrangements before I’d even paid a penny just because she could hear I was struggling. As a first-time puppy owner this support was absolutely essential to me, and with her advice plus the training learned in the puppy classes my puppy is now thriving, she is well behaved and we have an amazing relationship. I was so close to giving up, so grateful I heard about the DogCom and got the support with training that me and my pup needed.

Sylvia and Mich were fantastic with Buddy and I! Many helpful tips and strategies to enable us to help Buddy to be a great family pet. Recently I signed up for the puppy training package with Sylvia and Michelle. Coco was my first puppy and to be honest I was overwhelmed and not coping too well. But Sylvia visited me, took away my stress and put me on the right path. I learnt so much in one hour, she was a life saver! I learnt crate and toilet training, and that I talk too much so Coco was confused, all she heard was blah blah. I needed to use simple words and repeat so she understood what I wanted her to do. Then I attended the classes with Sylvia and Michelle which were absolutely brilliant. They love dogs and are so patient and professional. I learnt sit, wait, no, good girl, Coco...here. A well trained dog is a happy dog as they feel secure. Coco is now 5 months and people are amazed at how well behaved she is. It is thanks to Sylvia and Michelle and all the care and support I have recieved. They are the best of the best!

Sylvia and Mich are dog whisperers! They really are fantastic and have helped us overcome some training issues with our 2 year old labrador. They are incredibly experienced, calm, reassuring, really know their stuff and our dog loves them both. We had 3 one-to-one sessions to help with loose lead walking, responding to the whistle stop command (and other gun dog commands), some general obedience refreshers and also overcoming her aggressive barking at the front door (she was a lock down puppy, with few visitors, so her barking had become excessive). They provided us with all the tools to move forward and are always there at the end of the phone to provide support and guidance. Brilliant. Would highly recommend.

I recently used theDogCom with our Springador Puppy. I had 2 sessions 1 to 1 with Sylvia who was brilliant. She helped me understand how to start the process of working with our puppy, who is very headstrong and prey driven. We've made really good progress with walking to heal and recall, two areas he'd struggled with before training, and also given tools and techniques to help with our training regime meaning, whilst we've still work to do, we're confident in progressing. We also, as part of the package, had 2 group sessions, where Mich and Sylvia continued the training methods, and we saw really great progress. I'd definitely recommend theDogCom as both Mich and Sylvia have a great understanding and affinity with dogs, and were really supportive and helpful both in person and on phone/messages, in helping us get on top of training our very challenging new family member.

I can’t recommend The Dog Com enough! Sylvia and Mich were amazing and both are so passionate about supporting dog owners be as best they can and also enjoy it as much as possible. Having done the 6 week course in June, I can safely say that I’ve really enjoyed learning how to be a better dog owner, and I couldn’t have done that without Sylvia and Mich. In advance of the course, I honestly didn’t have any expectations as I’d never been an adult dog owner previously (I did have dogs as a kid), but I’m so pleased that I did the course as it’s made me feel more confident in what I’m doing. From the moment we had our first home session with Sylvia we knew that we had made the right decision for our puppy... and for us! The weekly classes with both Sylvia and Mich were extremely informative and a lot of fun for Memphis who really seemed to enjoy the training experience. We highly recommend using The DogCom - especially if you are new to pawrenting... we shall be keeping in touch!
