Nikki is a very caring and knowledgeable lady. She uses her years of experience and keeps up-to-date with new ways of working to help dogs feel amazing when they’re with her. And as a dog trainer myself, this is exactly what I’d be looking for in someone to groom or train my own dogs. She’s very open and honest. She explains things in a calm and easy to understand manner. Have used Nikki for many years with our dogs. Would never want to go anywhere else. Our paws are never stressed and are always complimented with their grooming. Nikki is a lovely easy going and calm and clearly loves animals. She can easily put any little pooch at ease, the training was very interactive and Minnie found it interesting and was extremely tired when she got home from the brain training. We would really be doing these again
