Our dog Boggle was off the scale naughty and energetic. We were about to re home him when someone mentioned Happy Dogs.
We knew nothing about keeping dogs and not only did Maria's educate me n my family about dog behaviour bit also food, what toys to try out, the lot we felt we got our money's worth.
I wad very nervous with Boggle initially but I'm now much more better. We know have a lovely time walking him. 10/10 for Happy Dogs I reckon! 😊

I have never done a review before but I've been so impressed with the work Maria has done with our full on cockapoo that I felt it needed saying.
Before going to Happy Dogs we had wasted our time doing group puppy classes in a large group which was pointless.
Maria supported us from day one. She particularly helped my wife who was quite anxious as a first time dog owner. As it was one to one training we got all the guidance we needed with our stubborn and very bouncy dog, Eric! We felt that we had got what we paid for and we had fun at the same time as Maria uses a variety of well trained dogs to assist in the training. They ultimately have become Eric's friends.
This training is informative, fun and actually works - what more can I say.

We had training thru Happy dogs just before lock down.
We had a terrible time with our young labrador puppy, she wouldn't do as she was told in any way shape or form. She would run off and play with other dogs, she would chew thru her harness, one time she did it by a road and nearly got run over!
The rest of the family wanted to re home her as she had destroyed a number of things in the housr too.
We had heard mention of Maria from Happy Dogs by two different people in the hedge end area. So we're contacted her.
By the end of the first session we knew we were on the right track. She had such a knack of calming Kitty, plus she explained things so well.
We couldn't be more pleased with how Kitty is now. To say we are relieved would be an understatement. We couldn't be more pleased with Happy Dogs.

I had a very frightened rescue Labrador who had been ill treated and allowed to run riot in her past home. She was very difficult to walk on lead as she pulled terribly and off lead she frequently ran off and was also often aggressive to certain dogs. I was at the end of my tether, and then someone recommended Maria from Happy Dogs! She really seems to have an amazing empathy with dogs that have been abused, and that are very naughty which was no fault of their own :-(
She also gave me amazing confidence and with her one to one sessions we got Tizzy to become a really nice, calm balanced dog. The change is wonderful and I can now enjoy my walks with Tizzy. Thank you so so much Happy Dogs!

I've been so pleased with the help Maria gave us with our rescue dog as we've been so overwhelmed. We thought it would be a good idea to get a puppy to keep Suzy our rescue company but it only added to our problems. Happy Dogs sorted Suzys behavioural issues and also gave us some really useful puppy training.
We've been really impressed by the scope of the training and that it has been made to feel fun with no judgements. We've never done a review before but this is well earned.

Maria' one to one training sessions are fun, very informative and so different from anything else I've been to before from other companies(I've had some bad experiences from dog classes...)she uses common sense and makes you feel comfortable. My dog is now so improved that I can take him out in any place and not worry about barking or being unruly! This has helped my health too as I can walk more, I've lost a stone. Now formal training has finished we still meet up with Maria and her "good dog gang" for socialisation walks which are a hoot.

Was a pleasure having training with Maria at happy dogs.
Millie wud never come back wen I called her and once went missing for half a day!
Happy dogs gave me so much help, and had Millie coming back to me before I new it.
As I was so nervous about having Millie off lead Maria went at my pace so I cud get used to different situations and places.
Was really nice to have Millie play with Marias group of dogs who are so well behaved. Cheers

Maria from Happy Dogs transformed Henry from a real handful who I literally couldn't cope with to a dog I could enjoy. She really cared about me too and worked on my lack of confidence as I have never had a dog before and Henry was too much! What I really liked is that she gave me stuff to work on in between our weekly sessions so that progress was made quicker than I thought. Hooray for Happy Dogs :)

Our family are so happy that Maria was recommended to us we have a coockerpooh who was too much to handle
We were thinking of returning it to breeders 🤨
She ad run away twice and would not come back to us she also chewed hole in new dfs sofa 😡 and she kept jumpinh up at strangers.
Maria's wad brilliant, gave loads off advice calmed her down. She also helped educate the kids who were too ruff wit her.
Such a relief as we do love her. We can relax now and my sofa is not chewed anymore . So so happy now

I had been too soooo many training classes, which didn't teach me anything as I was either ignored or the classes weren't fit for purpose.
I bumped into Maria on a walk and I am sooo glad I did. My dog would not come back when let off lead, ever. And he pulled like mad. He also chewed everything in my home
Maria helped me deal with these problems and also dealt with my lack of confidence!
Milo moo now can be let off lead and he comes back, as he is getting more exercise he doesn't chew stuff in the house anymore as he is tired out.
I am so proud of him now. It's great. So glad I bumped into Maria now or my dog would still be naughty.
