I took my 4 month old puppy for her first bath. Pauline came straight out to greet us and showed me the area for grooming. Although our puppy Sadie was frightened I felt at ease handing her over. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results as Pauline gained Sadie trust and was even able to give her a light trim which was brilliant for her first visit. I am so impressed I have rebooked for 6 weeks and have already recommended Pauline to a dear friend. I am so pleased I have found Pauline and feel relaxed about taking Sadie back and would definitely recommend.

So we took our puppy Spud to Paula yesterday for the first and she was amazing!!! Spud is very scared and timid, Paula was so gentle, understanding and patient with him which made him feel so safe. Paula took Spud in her lovely garden and fed him full of treats so he wasn’t as scared. She was amazing! When we collected our pup he smelt amazing, Spud is a Malinois X so he has lots of fur which means lots of fur to shed. He was so clean and we wouldn’t of asked for a better groomer! Thank you so much Paula. We will definitely be seeing you soon!!!

I have been using Bourne beautiful for a few months now. My mix breed fur baby Luna absolutely love to go and always comes back happy and perfectly cut. I could not recommend them enough. Paula always gives the personal touch where she can, and even better it is literally just up the road. All round a fantastic dog groomer. Will never use anyone else 🙂

Having recently moved here and owning a very small shih tzu I found Paula, she was fabulous and really looked after my dog. We are definitely returning, knowing my dog is well looked after and cared for while being groomed is so important. She listened and cut him exactly as I asked and has a very clean small outside area for him to run around in while waiting for me. Excellent set up
