Absolutely fabulous! Best dog groomer in the area! I've tried all local groomers, and James by far is the best. My dog was perfectly clean, smelt amazing and was dry! You will be surprised how many groomers leave your dog wet! We are super impressed with James, and for sure have him clean our dog again. No questions asked. Give James a try, you won't look back.

Would highly recommend. I took my 4 year old Sproodle for a trim with James and I’m so happy with the results. My dog can sometimes be nervous having a groom and I was a little worried leaving him somewhere new but James was great and even messaged me part way through to let me know how he was getting on.

Where to start with James at Fanstatic Fur Dog Grooming. We recently moved to the area and James was recommended. I messaged and got the quickest response. My dog has allergies and can’t be a pain to groom. James offered support and solutions and was welcoming. Polo had his first groom and I was amazed by the results he looked fresher than ever, smelt amazing and even had a little bow which looked amazing. Most definitely will be returning booked in already wish I had taken photos.

Really excellent service. James has a great way with dogs. My Wolfy had been for a puppy pamper to get to know him before his first proper groom. Wolfy knew where he was right away and was so excited to be back. I enquired about having a haircut that was a little out of the ordinary. James was very patient with being shown Pinterest inspiration and being asked lots of questions about different cuts, and was able to create to most wonderful cut for my dog that suits his personality and put his own spin on it. Being able to created something that isn't the standard from photos is a great skill! Beat of all my pup was happy came out wagging his tail and full of confidence!

I contacted James in the week about having my daughters shih-tzu Alfie groomed as he as been a massive problem in the past and only the vets would groom him under sedation,James said he would help Alfie overcome his fears of being groomed,James booked him in straight away and he was fantastic all through the process and regularly keeping me updated on how things were going, I can't recommend James highly enough Alfie came out smelling lovely and happy and also calm,I have already booked the next appointment for Alfie,thank you James for your understanding and expertise, I would recommend you to everybody. Fantastic service, Bella came out looking beautiful and smelling lovely. Bella was a very happy girl too. This was our first time and so happy with the result, Bella did need a lot of pampering to get her looking so beautiful, so grateful for the effort put in. My precious fur baby Szhi Tzu Dolly Doodles has been being pampered by James for around 3 years now. He is absolutely brilliant with her, always asks how I want her cutting (I generally keep her coat shorter than should be as she loves to roll in anything stinky and doesn’t like being bathed or brushed 🙈😂) after a couple of hours of James magic she looks & smells beautiful and always comes home with a pretty bow. He always try’s his best to fit her in and only ever has one pooch at a time so he can dedicate his time to her ( no production line like a lot of other groomers) I have always highly recommended James, he really is Mr Fantastic Fur 🤩🐾🐾 xx

Fantastic fur is a brilliant dog grooming service run by the wonderful James. My 2 french bulldogs visit James 1 a month and they come back smelling amazing. He picks them up and drops them back off for a small fee. We have always been very happy with the service James has given. And will will continue to use fantastic fur 👍🏼🐶 🐕

James is amazing, very fast at replying too. Our 12 week old Poochons were timid and scared but James made them feel at ease straight away. They both came out smelling beautiful and trimmed perfectly too. Looking forward to getting them in again! Thanks James.

Fantastic Fur with James is the best groomers ever!!! He is so kind and patient with our Cocker Spaniel Dougal Bear, he is not the easiest to deal with but he adores James. We feel totally at ease taking him and he comes back looking and smelling gorgeous. Can’t thank you enough! Xx

I highly recommend james..he as been grooming my shiztu for 12 months now..james is very caring & does a lovely job of my dog...before james I had few groomers who would not groom my lottie..because she hated having anything done..but james persevered with her..& he does a lovely job..he his best by far.....
