Have used Chetwynd on a couple of occasions. Our dogs are fairly nervous and don’t like to be away from us. However Chetwynd went above and beyond and were amazing. Could not fault them. Thank you for looking after our fur babies

Always take my dog here. Staff are amazing - so kind and patient cause my boy is a dramatic stress-head for the first hour with them. Play sessions are worth every penny & it's wonderful to see the photos, they're a real comfort. Food is good too, no upset tummies ever. Val and her team really do go the extra mile to make his stay as happy and comfortable as possible. Can't thank them enough.

Barney spent his first day at Doggy Day Care yesterday, judging by the fab pics and video he had a ball playing and socialising with the other dogs. He came home a very happy, very tired doggy, and its not easy to tire out a 1 year old Labradoodle!! All the staff were very friendly and brilliant with Barney. Will definitely be booking again for Day Care and the fabulous Play Pen sessions, thank you all for your care and fabulous facilities.

After seeing a review from a so called ex member of staff, I would like to add my own review of my experience from working at Chetwynd Firs. The kennels and cattery are kept spotless at all times. The cleaning solutions that are used are all animal safe. ALL members of staff deeply care about every single one of the dogs and cats that stay here and they go above and beyond to make sure that they are happy and safe making sure that their welfare comes above anything. Chetwynd firs are the only boarding kennels and cattery that I am happy to recommend to all of my clients and I know that when I leave my own dogs with them, they are 100% in safe hands.

I must say how wonderful the staff are at Chetwynd firs. My husky blu stayed here for a month she was treated as usual with loving care and extra fuss 😊. The staff are reassuring and very kind I got regular photos of blu in the play area having the time of her life. After using Chetwynd firs now for two years I always know blu will be looked after well. She always receives the best welcome. I want to say thank you so much to all of you 😊

Fab kennels wouldn't put JayDee anywhere else. They are always very clean and welcoming and she always always comes home happy, content and well fed. Open to public between 10am and 5pm so very convinient if you are travelling and arrive back late afternoon. She has been during the pandemic and I was very impressed with how they handled things, i think she even got a free play in the doggy play area 😁 Thank you Val and team see you again soon.

Best kennel option near Telford and Wrekin. My dogs love it here, the staff know what they are doing and they are able to show you round when you turn up unexpectedly. They can produce all necessary paperwork and I trust them with my babies every time we go away

Our two labs always stop here when we need them to go into kennels for breaks and holidays abroad etc. We would simply not trust them anywhere else and drive from Shifnal to drop them off. We are more confident leaving the dogs there than with other family members (especially as our dogs have a habit of eating things they shouldn’t). The dogs are always so excited to go when they know we are approaching, greet the staff with affection and even whine in the car on the way home that the fun is over (even though they haven’t seen us for a week lol!). We love seeing the updates on Facebook as to how they are getting on in their play sessions. We have been using them for over 4 years and the dogs are looking forward to their next stay!!!

Hi Val just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for taking such good care of Casper; our baby Blue Whippet. The playtime fotos really helped put our mind at ease especially since he's still only 9months old and we'd never left him anywhere or with anyone else previously let alone left him overnight. Littlebear really enjoyed his stay with you guys at the end of August. Great place to leave your loved pooch From Val the owner to the amazing girls who work for her this facility is second to none in my opinion Whether it's a day a week a fortnight there are no worries for a second in leaving our puppy here Luxury kennels inside and outside play areas walks in the wood it's paradise for your pets Totally recommend this
