Absolutely Amazing! I cannot thank Mandy and Sam enough for doing such a beautiful groom on my girl. She has never been to a groomers before as I have always groomed her myself, but since developing a rather thick topcoat we needed help. Mandy and Sam made her experience really enjoyable and relaxing, she even got to play with a ball (a Springer with a ball = in her element). In fact she had such a nice time she wanted to go back in and she's normally the first out the door. So in short I cannot recommend them enough. I might even take my Labrador just because I know she'll love them so much. Thank you!

We've been taking our dog here for hydrotherapy sessions after an operation on her shoulder and we couldn't be in better hands. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and provide first rate care. We haven't used the grooming facilities yet, but based on our experiences of the hydrotherapy care, we would have no hesitation leaving our beloved dogs in their capable hands.

Took Bertie our cockapoo for his first groom came out like a new puppy looking very smart, thank you Mandy and staff for a very professional job. We decided to use this groomers as they came highly recommended by Berties puppy trainer. We went in quite nervous being his first time, we showed some pictures of how we would like Bertie to be trimmed when this was possible, and discussed his trim style for his breed, Mandy reassured us and told us exactly what was happening and also that the first time may just be a socialisation visit depending on Bertie as she would only do what he would allow and would not pressure him, as we knew Bertie could be boisterous at times being 6 months old we were thinking he may not be trimmed this time, however, Mandy must have been trusted by Bertie as when we were phoned we were told he was ready for collection and was all groomed, we came out happy and Bertie came out smart and happy, we would highly recommend Choice Grooming & Hydrotherapy. Bertie booked in for next groom in 8 weeks time. Thank you again, we can see you really cared for Bertie by the way he was happy to come to you and wander around when we came to collect him.

What an amazing place and would highly recommend. Firstly our fab Ky-Ky Bear. Teaching her with a huge amount of patience how fab hydrotherapy can be. From a concerned little lady to one that even got excited about Thursday because she know we'd be going to see the team and have a great hour of fuss and carefully monitored exercise. And now our Basil too. Dad can't touch Basil's feet but our Mandy has such the connection that we even get our nails clipped. And not to mention our darling and dear departed Mouse. The first regular customer all those years ago. A timeline of 3 different lives and everyone loves the place. Five star

When I first started my career in Grooming, I was working along side Mandy. She taught me pretty much everything I know today. Most importantly, she taught me that the dogs care and welfare was our top priority. She taught me that even if dogs need 5 socialisation sessions to ensure they are comfortable in their surroundings and with the experience, it's better than pushing them too soon and making them hate being groomed...They will be groomed foentge rest of their life after all! Mandy is not only a fantastic groomer, but a caring one aswell. Her reputations speaks a thousands words :-)

Just picked up Charlie smelling wonderful and looking fantastic as always. I have used choice grooming for over 10 years and they have always been professional, passionate and cari g about the dogs they groom. I would throughly recommend Mandy and Sam without hesitation to anyone.

Mandy and Sam are true professionals always going above and beyond with my extremely crazy Cocker spaniel They take the time to ensure he is happy with what is being done before attempting to progress the procedure further, always thinking of the welfare of the dog developing trust first I would not take him anywhere else and would highly recommend the service they provide both to the dog and the customer.
