Absolutely fantastic place to leave pets. We have used them twice now when going abroad and cannot fault them. They give the dogs good socialisation with others and upload photos daily! They also accommodate raw feeding which is fab.

Great place, they took care of our cat for over two weeks. We were a bit stressed at the begging cause we have never before left our cat in place like that, but after we dropped our cat in hotel we knew straight away that there is nothing to be worried about. They uploaded photos on fb page every day so we knew that our cat is fine, some of this photos were really nice thou :) big thank you for all team, you made our holiday easier! For sure will come back to you any time we need a spot for our cat to stay :)

My 2 dogs absolutely love staying here. It is so good knowing that they are well cared for, exercised well and safely looked after. We first used Haleswood in 2021 and have used them twice since. This is a lovely family run boarding hotel and it is professional, fairly priced and to be honest I'd be gutted if we ever tried to book and they didn't have space, Sabine and Captain Rex wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! We use the doggy day care services frequently. I like that they share photos of the pet visitors on social media for owners to see at the end of each day. Our dog gets excited as soon as we turn into the lane. He always comes home sleepy and happy (and smelling lovely!) Website is easy to use.

Maple absolutely loves coming here, whether it's to stay or for daycare. Not only do they take the most amazing care of her, but the difference we have seen in Maple due to the socialisation they offer is amazing. She went from staying around the edges to being right in the middle of play in only a few stays. The staff are wonderful not only to the dogs but us owners too! They always take the best pictures, give wonderful handovers, advice and you can genuinely see how much they care about every single animal. Definitely a place that will be our absolute go to when Maple needs daycare or a hotel!

Fantastic pets hotel in a beautiful location. Bilbo stayed here for a week and we were extremely pleased with his care. The owners are obviously passionate about all the animals they care for and we knew as soon as we dropped off he was in the perfect place. . Thank you so much Haleswood

We always use Haleswood Pet Hotel, when we need to board our Dog and Cats. The Dog gets to play with the other dogs each day and she absolutely loves staying here. The photos that are published each day let us see just how much care they are getting. Highly recommend.

My dogs first time in kennels and I'm sure she didn't want to come home! She was very well looked after. We paid for her to be groomed while she was there and they did a very good job on her. She was absolutely bushed when she got home (see photo)! She will definitely be back ♥️

Our 6 month old Labrador has been going to Haleswood Pet Hotel for doggy daycare for the past month and she absolutely LOVES it. You can see all the team there have genuine love for animals and that they treat your loved one as if it was their own. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - you could not ask for more. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

After reading a couple of bad reviews I was hesitant at first but these guys were recommended to us so I choose to ignore them. And I am so glad I did. These guys were brilliant. I had no problem getting in touch with them and Holly replied to all my emails rapidly and in detail. I saw plenty of lovely pictures of Leo online and it reassured us whilst we were away that he was also having a good time. To top it off he even got groomed before collecting him. I will not be taking Leo anywhere else. Thank you for looking after our fury baby! Leo can’t wait to visit again and play with all the doggy’s. Rory & Tash

An absolutely superb kennels, with exceptionally professional staff who could not be more helpful. Our beagle simply loves his time there and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a safe place to kennel your dog, look no further.

We first visited the kennels to consider placing our young puppy. At the end of the visit we booked her in for all dates planned for the coming months and have been extremely pleased with the service. It is such a friendly atmosphere, our puppy loves it and always excited to be back. They cater for any likes and dislikes and ensure that your pet has a great time. It’s lovely seeing photos posted on Facebook whilst you’re away and you can see how happy she is. I have no hesitation in recommending these kennels.

All I can say is amazing. I have two spoilt boxers who love both the day care and for the first time a weeks stay. Bruno looses so much weight normally but this time hardly any. They both loved their week there playing with other dogs large and small . The family are amazing so caring and the love of animals is so obvious. I have recommended this place to other dog owners who have loved it just as much . Great work Haleswood whoever has been negative about you are of no loss . Look after the customers who love you and you will be fine and leave the ones that don't behind.

Having had a horrible experience with a kennels we had used for 13+ years, I was really worried about finding the right alternative place for my animals. I am so grateful for Haleswood Pet Hotel as they have been outstanding in caring for my dogs and cats while we have been away. They are so obviously real animal lovers and I have complete trust in the care my animals receive. I love that they post pictures every evening although they work so hard, I’m not sure where they find the time and energy. There is no choice for us, we will use them every time.

I don't believe you will find anywhere better to care for your fur baby whilst you are on holiday (in normal times), at work or just want a play day for your pupster. My pupster is 6 yrs old, he's still my pupster!

Fantastic family runs pet hotel that work their socks off to ensure your animals have the greatest holiday! Our 2 bunnies Isaac and Skye were cared for brilliantly and we were updated with photos posted on their Facebook page! We dealt with a mother and daughter that were absolutely fantastic and this will 100% be the place we will use should we go away again at any point soon! 110% recommend Haleswood Pet Hotel!

This is an amazing kennels!!!! Del boy has been a regular visitor for several years, but the new owners have taken the standard of care to the next level. If they don't have any space for my dog then we don't go on holiday because I would not choose anywhere else.....he loves it at haleswood

Look after our puppy Buddy for daycare but will be using it as boarding when we go on holiday too. Really lovely place, family run and they really do care about your pets. Lots of interaction and enrichment. Professionally run and really easy to book your pet in on their online system. Dogs have great time out exercising and socialising and it’s reasuring to know they are well supervised (unlike other places) and photos are put on Facebook too! Highly recommend this place and so relieved we have found them, thank you 🐶

Hi Heather, Holly and Niamh Just a note to say how much I absolutely love coming to Haleswood. You look after me ever so well; it’s great playing with my kennel mates and making new friends. Those of us of an energetic persuasion all enjoy running around. Checking out what needs to be checked out and although we are mostly engaged on the matter in hand, we also enjoy having our photos taken. Got an idea, instead of Facebook. How about Wetnosebook? Anyway, we try ever so hard not to misbehave during our stay. That is, if you are watching. And although I do miss my mum and dad during my stays – a bit, please don’t tell them, it will make them feel really guilty. I fully understand that they need to visit places that ‘they think’ might not be ‘suitable’ for me (at the moment), but if I can’t go with them, then truthfully there’s nowhere else I would rather be than at Haleswood.
