Absolute class. Took my pup in for his first ever groom, and he was out within an hour and a half. They did a fantastic job matching my picture request. Price wise, more than fair. I'll be back again, and again. Highly recommend!

Very large and anxious Bulldog groomed to perfection! Would highly recommend Passion Groomers 🙂 Took my Bully for the first time today. I took Lottie after being let down by my previous groomer. I was really nervous as the grooming was long overdue. I need not have been nervous as they did an amazing job. They dedicated so much time to making her look amazing. It is clear to see that the dog’s welfare is at the heart of what they do. They gave Lottie a break as the process was long because of her being overdue a groom. It is clear that they really care. This business is definitely my regular groomer from now on. So happy with Passion Grooming. Cookie has come home happy and an excellent service was provided. After a bad experience with another groomer I was worried about her being groomed but I needn't have worried. Very friendly people and Cookie was comfortable as soon as she met them both. They have done a fantastic job with Cookie. She can be somewhat difficult 🙄 but they had no problems with her. She was a happy dog when I collected her and I am a very happy client. I have recently taken my senior dog to visit this groomer based on their extremely positive reviews. I was very concerned about taking Lucy here as she is quite old, has become nervous with age and has never been to a groomer before. The man here who looked after Lucy has done a wonderful job and I’m thrilled with the outcome. I strongly recommend their service!

Alex and Christine are very professional, knowledgeable and do a fab job on the dogs they work on. They see it as a hobby rather than a job. Very good environment and have lovely garden. Politely and warm welcome and ask the right questions about the pets they will be dealing with. Happy to go the extra few mile which Is i lived in Shrewbury and recomend by my cousins. Good service all round. The standard the dog grooming is excellent. Highly recomend anyone who loves to pamper their dogs to go there and need to book advance because they are very busy. Totally agree they are popular dog Grooming in Telford.

This couple are absolutely lovely, they put the dogs needs first and spent time getting them used to them. My dogs are both very nervous and can be timid around strangers, after about 10 minutes my dogs felt at ease and seemed happy when I picked them back up. They really understand dogs and their fur needs. Highly recommend, booked again for 6 weeks time!

Took our Quin to be hand stripped and bathed, he was in a very dirty and scruffy condition, the result was amazing, he's never looked so handsome. He only went in for an appraisal but they had a cancellation so they were able to work on him straight away for about four hours doing a complete makeover. Can't praise Alex and Christine enough, very professional, very knowledgeable, extremely good with Quin, they're both very understanding and caring. We've received great service with passion grooming so far,after a bad experience elsewhere I got in touch with passion grooming and they spent the time to message back to all of my questions they even organised a consultation to put our minds at rest. Luna was then booked in for her first groom yesterday and she looks lovely they tidied her up after not being groomed properly elsewhere. Luna is a bit nervous when she's with other people and they took their time with her . we've booked her next groom with them and in time I'm sure they will gain her trust and she will become more confident.

Christine and Alex are lovely people. We can't comment on the grooming part of the business, although it all looked very clean tidy and organised. We were made to feel very welcome when we went to pick up for the first time some dog food as they are an official supplier of the Natural Instinct raw dog food. Will be definitely returning 😊

I HAD MY YORKIE GROOMED TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AT PASSION GROOMERS. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY LOVED THE DOG BEST OF ALL THEY DID A BRILLIANT JOB ON MY DOG.
