Pet Pals is fantastic. Gemma has looked after our two cats when we’ve been away for weekends and she’s brilliant with them. Our two cats loved Gemma from the moment they met her and it’s great knowing they’re in very good hands when we go away. What’s more, Gemma sends us photos every time she pops in to feed and give our cats fusses! I would really recommend Pet Pals to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly pet sitter.

Gemma is great! Our 2 dogs love their walks with her and always look happy in the pics she sends us after 😁 Best decision we've made to make sure our dogs get a decent walk regardless of our work commitments and its really helping with their socialisation! Gemma is very accommodating of our scheduling needs and is always easy to contact if needed.

Gemma has been walking my dog Eddie for the past few months. Eddie quickly bonded with her and loves his walks with her. Gemma put lots of thought into grouping dogs, so Eddie gets lots of quality play of when she pack walks. We get pictures and videos of every walk so we see how much fun Eddie has had while we are out.

Gemma is amazing and such a good find! She looks after my Guinea pigs as if they are her own, both dropping in and checking on them at my house or them staying with her in one of her hutches. If you'd like updates/photos she sends them as well to reassure that they're not missing me at all. A true gem of a company, and one I'll be using again and again. Gem & Ben are an absolute godsend! From the moment I was looking for a pet sitter, Gem was the first business to get in touch. She was professional & friendly from the outset & when we met, I felt immediately that her & Ben were just who Storm (furbaby) needed! Throughout the week, I had a daily message letting me know how the visit went along with some of the most gorgeous pictures I have of Storm. Most importantly, when I got home, no sulky pusscat! He was relaxed & happy having been in his own home, being well cared for by obvious animal lovers. I can’t recommend enough & will definitely be calling Gem next time I go away! Everything you’d expect and want in a Dog Walker and more. Sends lots of photos and updates as well as re forcing new training exercises as well as advice from personal experience. As we got our dog as a young pup but worked full time, Pet Pals would visit our pup frequently so she would still have interaction whilst we were working. Would highly recommend for your pets walking and interaction needs.

Pet pals are incredibly reliable. I have a bearded dragon and they treated him really well. They came round every day and sent photos a videos every time they popped round. The price was very reasonable. I asked them on very short notice and they were delighted to look after him. I’d definitely use them again.
