What a lovely facility and kind caring groomers. 1st grooming experience for my dog and she was immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. Great service reasonable prices for an excellent service. Fabulous pamper for the puppy and is booked to go again. Hydrotherapy is next! Highly recommend

Poppy my 12 year old Golden retriever has been going to Laura and Unleashed Hydrotherapy for about 6 months now and it has made a fantastic improvement in her well being She goes every 2 weeks and loves it. She comes out a new dog. She has spring in her step and is able to live a normal life for her age. Laura and staff are brilliant with her and are so friendly. Laura gets in the water with Poppy to make sure she is working her joints and muscles correctly. Can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing Dog groomer, both my boys are long haired and always happy being in company of Laura, who is very kind and gentle with them. They love her & she does a fantastic job on their coats, her cut is always very neat & precise. My older dog Steve was always scared to go to my old groomer but since Laura has taken him, he is very relaxed & excited to see her........ we all love Laura 🥰🐶 highly recommended.

We love our dog so much. We have always hated the thought of leaving her at a groomers as we worried she would be anxious. We'd taken her to other groomers and were never happy with how her fur was trimmed and after being at one, our dog couldn't wait to get out. Not with Laura. Our dog happily runs over to her and we know that she will be well groomed and well looked after. Laura has listened to how we like our dog groomed and does a beautiful job. We have no worries leaving our dog with Laura and we know that she's happy to be there. She comes out looking and feeling great, and smells great too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura as she's always been fantastic to us and our dog.

Luna has been to Laura a couple of times now for her puppy cuts. I was quite worried at first as Luna doesn't really like being groomed at home so I didn't know how she would act at a groomers! Laura does an amazing job with her, she is so friendly and professional, which is exactly what you want from a groomer. Luna loves going and always comes home looking and smelling beautiful! I wouldn't take her anywhere else and I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone.

Having been let down by a couple of groomers before I was reluctant to send My dog Dee Dee to another grooming salon but I had nothing to worry about everyone at unleashed dog grooming were so helpful and understanding, they knew a lot about the breed and how to cut her properly. She came home very happy, looking beautiful and smelled gorgeous too. She used to be very anxious when going to the groomers but now she enjoys going and Is always very happy to be left with the girls at unleashed. Very professional and Would highly recommended

I cannot write a review that will praise Unleashed Dog Grooming highly enough. The level of service that we received from the initial point of contact through to leaving with a very happy dog was fantastic. Due to my dog suffering from skin irritation we needed a consultation before the appointment was booked, the level of knowledge and understanding from the team was exceptional and the advice given has been better than that received from the vets. We have used many groomers in the passed due to the breed of dog, often she has come back with clipper burns or looking like she has chicken legs, not this time! Her skin is clearing up really well and she looks fantastic! Due to my dogs allergies we did not use the hydro pool but the facilities look fantastic and I cannot wait to book this when we are able to. Thank you to you and all of your staff for making us feel so valued, welcome and for imparting your knowledge on to us. Looking forward to our next appointment already! Katie and Mitzi : )

My miniature dachshund had spinal surgery nearly two years ago and has had hydrotherapy ever since. I started going to Unleashed Dog Grooming two months ago and I can't fault them. You are greeted by Laura and her lovely staff, who show that your animal's wellbeing is their utmost priority and even you are looked after in the form of a cup of tea or coffee. My dog has benefitted from the hydro to keep him fit and supple and has helped his back because before he used to drag his back leg a bit. Laura gets in the pool with your dog who is kitted up with a life jacket and Laura gives your dog 100% attention whilst in and out of the pool and then your dog is dried off by one of Laura's staff and all Covid precautions are installed with social distancing, masks etc. I am so glad I heard about this place and it's very reasonably priced as well. Result... 👍

Our dog Ellie really doesn't like being groomed but Laura is always calm and patient with her. Always does a superb job. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Best in Telford. Highly recommend.

Laura does an amazing job on my dog and he loves going. The only thing he doesn't like is having his nails cut. How on earth Laura manages it, I don't know, as I can't even touch his paws! Highly recommended.
