Melissa and her team provide the best dog care days ever! Morello excitedly greets Melissa every session, she can't wait to go inside and play. Melissa has been incredibly supportive with any of our doggy concerns and given great advice, she has as always been flexible and accommodating with bookings considering we don't book in for a set schedule! We think Morello is the confident little Chihuahua she is because of her time at The Dog Haus. Thanks for everything x

The Dog Haus is amazing. Blue has been going for almost a year now, since she was 4 months old, and she has an absolute ball. Melissa and her team are fantastic and it’s great to receive lots of updates, videos and photos throughout the day. Blue gets to play all day with her doggy friends and has also learnt good manners, gate control, impulse control and gets to take part in lots of great activities. We have such peace of mind knowing that she is so well cared for and entertained in a happy, safe environment.

You will not find a better doggy daycare anywhere! Melissa is fabulous she is attentive and cares for your dog as good as any owner she stands no messing and has the pack under control which is awesome to watch! The live videos are a bonus I love seeing our pup having so much fun on his day in! The outside area is truly fabulous especially when the sun is out and so is the paddling pool!! Melissa provides the dogs with plenty of activities and treats throughout the day it really is 10 out of 10!👍🐶

I have nothing but praise for The Dog Haus. As new puppy parents Melissa has been so supportive, generous with her time and advice, not to mention the exceptional service she provides. The extra protocols she has put in place ensure both dogs and owners are kept safe during this time, and I am extremely happy she is managing to keep the service open. She provides not just day care, but training and mental stimulation throughout the day. She has an outside area for the puppies and dogs alongside a quiet area for rest and a snooze. In our early days she made sure our young pup got his lunch and we always receive a report at the end of the day to let us know how his day has gone.

The Dog Haus is amazing as a day care for pups. Trudi loves going and seeing all the other dogs, not only is she there for socialising but she learns through enrichment too. Communication with Melissa is great, the induction is smooth and booking is easy. Even last minute emergency drop offs are welcome if there is space. Trudi has been to The Dog Haus since she was around 12 weeks old and she loves going! She also gets groomed while she is there some weeks and comes out smelling fabulous! We get regular video and picture updates and you can watch the days instagram story at any time. Melissa also holds special occasion parties for Halloween, Valentines, Christmas etc! Not only does she have the best, fun day, she also comes home exhausted which is good for us!

We have been bringing our dog here for 7 months now and it’s perfect. The team make sure your dog is happy and introductions are taken at a pace that suits them. We get regular updates, videos and photos are posted through out the day and they are incredibly high quality. Looking through the pictures of the day is always so exciting. Not only do the staff supervise while the dogs play together, they regularly join in with play and have time set aside for enrichment activities like scent seeking and training which gives the day structure. It is clear that the team have a strong bond with the dogs, and a great ability to read them, they will let us know if ours has overdone it and would benefit from being collected early! Having said that - they also make sure there are quiet, soft spaces for tired dogs to have a nap. The team are extremely friendly and responsive and work very hard to make sure all the pups are having a blast. Our dog joined us as a rescue just before the country locked down for COVID, so this has been an invaluable way for our dog to socialise with other dogs in his new environment, whilst adhering to social distancing. The only down side is we can never move away from the area, as we know we will never find somewhere else as pawfect as this!

Melissa and the team are great with Cleo, our Doberman pup, she runs in every time we drop her off and can't wait to play with all her doggy friends! I like the fact Melissa and the team practice things like recall, nice manners etc with the dogs and they're not just running wild all day, definitely important particularly with a strong minded pup like ours! I also love seeing the pupdates and actually being able to see them playing during the day. Eda also grooms her at the in-house groomers there and she comes back smelling divine! Would highly recommend the Dog Haus to anyone! xx

This is a great facility. Although my dogs don’t spend the day here I would have no hesitation to bring them. I have visited several times and the dogs are always happy, never stressed. If time outs are needed they make sure the dogs have a quiet place. There is fun, frolics, mental enrichment as well as a large area for the dogs to play. The outdoor area is fantastic, lots of toys and spotless clean. Everything has been considered here for a safe enjoyable stay. All the dogs get love, cuddles and made to feel welcome and included. That’s definite 5* from me

Amazing place! My puppy loves it and they keep her entertained all day. When you first send your dog they will send you pupdates too so you don’t feel worried about leaving them because you can see how much fun they’re having. Melissa is lovely and I think the videos on Facebook at the end of the day is a lovely touch. Definitely recommend!

We researched and visited several doggy day care centres before choosing The Dog Haus to day care for Lola. It was the best decision we made. Have never felt worried or concerned about Lola’s welfare in the several months she has been going there. Lola has a great time, gets plenty of attention, exercise, and benefits from socialising with the pack. We receive fun video’s and updates throughout the day. Would have no hesitation in recommending The Dog Haus. Melissa is terrific. She cares about her business end involves the owners as much as possible. Top marks !!!

I have had previously had bad experiences when looking at doggy daycare for Duke and unfortunately, even though I booked to come and talk to Melissa, I had ruled this one out in my head due to it being so far from me and work. However, after meeting Melissa and finding out how she runs the daycare, the structure of the day, about the pack and enrichment, I can honestly say it is worth travel. I know that Duke is safe, stimulated, socialised and most importantly happy. By the time I collect him he is so tired he frequently falls asleep on the fall before we’ve even gotten out of the door.

The Dog Haus is a unique, fun playspace and crèche for furbabies. Plenty of outdoor space for pooches to run around, or lounge in the sun like my Dougie does. I’m very glad I found the Dog Haus and thankful for Melissa and her team. The interaction, attention and love all the dogs get is unbeatable. Not only do the dogs get physical exercise, but their minds are stimulated by Canine enrichment activities like scent seeking and snuffle rugs. My Dougie starts wagging his tail and getting excited before I’ve even stopped the car! It gives me piece of mind leaving Dougie at the Dog Haus, knowing that when I pick him up he has had a fun enriched day with his friends. Melissa shares videos and photos to Facebook and Instagram and its lovely to see all the dogs having fun. 10/10 without hesitation!

My Shih Tzu absolutely loves her time at the Dog Haus. She comes home looking gorgeous but exhausted after a day of social interaction, mental challenge and game playing. Eda grooms her to perfection at the in house groomers Woof and Ready. Melissa runs a very professional caring business with high standards and expectations. My recommendation comes without any hesitation as screening and induction ensures my treasured pooch is always safe.

Amazing daycare! Barney loves it. All the staff are really helpful and friendly and look after all of the dogs as if they’re their own. Updates throughout the day are brilliant. Barney runs in every morning. Can’t recommend it enough!

Alice loves going here and doesn’t want to leave when I pick her up. Mellissa obviously loves all the dogs that attend daycare. I have no concerns leaving Alice to play for the day I know she is safe and being looked after just as she would be at home.

The Dog Haus is THE only Day Care that I am happy to leave my little Yorkie Rocky . He enjoys constructive play and gets plenty of excersise with lots of attention . Since attending he has learned to socialize with different breeds .. big and small .
