As the first time owners of a new puppy who wasn't sleeping or settling in at all, I texted Jennifer in sheer desperation. She got back to me straightaway and came over for the first session the next day. Fast forward a few weeks of weekly sessions and our puppy was transformed. Sleeping comfortably in her crate through the night (we finally moved off the kitchen floor and back to bed!!), into a good routine, and learning and obeying commands. As soon as she walked through the door I felt comforted and reassured with Jennifer's calm, positive attitude, and was really impressed by how positively our very nervous puppy responded to her as soon as they met. She gives practical and positive support that not only made our pup but also us more confident and happy from the first visit. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough. We had read books but Jennifer was brilliant at giving tailored support focused on our individual puppy's needs and our circumstances. She helped us to see how we could give the consistent approach our puppy needed. She is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable professional, with a huge love and affinity for dogs. When we bumped into her on a walk, our puppy was beside herself with joy to see her again. If are thinking about getting a puppy then I would recommend her visiting before the puppy arrives, this would have saved us a lot of stress and heartache. She was also great at helping us change things we had got wrong and the improvement was immediate, so if you have an older dog who needs some help, I would definitely recommend her for that as well. We can't thank Jennifer enough for all she has done for us, and if you are looking for a trainer then I highly recommend you get in touch with her, she's great!

Having my puppy was on the brink of feeling overwhelming when I found Jennifer on google. From our first phone call she gave me real confidence. On her first visit you could clearly see how experienced and capable she is with dogs. Over a few sessions, the gradual progression in how she gives you confidence to establish the right behaviours in yourself and the pup has been invaluable. I highly recommend Jen for the consistency it helps you establish both at home and out and about.

Jennifer provides a fantastic, friendly, professional service. Since regularly walking our cockapoo Benji his recall and behaviour has improved hugely. He gets super excited when Jennifer comes to pick him up and is always exhausted after a long walk running around, playing with the other dogs. Jennifer is our incredible dog walker. Our little dog can be reactive, but Jennifer knows how to read his body language, removes him from situations he is not comfortable in and is always in control. Since being with Jennifer, we have noticed that our dog is calmer and less nervous.
