Nada has been the most wonderful support and guide to us in our early months with our puppy, Mango. Her empathy and encouragement when I have felt overwhelmed, her depth of knowledge and thorough approach in supporting us and Mango, has been brilliant. We feel more confident and he is improving already. We now understand Mango better and feel more able to nurture him to be his best fun self, and work towards him maturing and becoming a grown up dog, who won't take sandwiches from picnickers in the future! If future challenges arise with Mango, I feel secure in the knowledge that we can call on Nada for help. We would thoroughly recommend her.

As brand new puppy owners with quite an energetic little cocker spaniel, we wanted some support and re-assurance for the first few weeks/ months to make sure we were setting our puppy up for success. We signed up for Nada's Puppy Foundations package, and we are delighted with the support, guidance and re-assurance we received. Nada is very thorough in trying to understand the dog and the family dynamic to ensure any recommendations make sense for our lifestyle, it's very much personalised instead of a standard course or set of commands. We covered very varied topics from learning to settle in the house, games to play with him, spending time outside the school at the end of the road as part of socialisation, and even onto some off leash walking. We have some really strong foundations in place now. What I really like about Nada is her calm and objective approach to everything, we have asked her opinion on pretty much everything from doggy day cares, leads, types of food, teething and often she has gone above and beyond to look up the day care or boarding that we mention and suggest questions we can ask to make sure it's right for our pup. Oh, and very important, Raff absolutely adores Nada :)

I have no reservations in recommending Nada. As a first time puppy parent of an adolescent dog (acquired aged 6 months,) I was struggling with a number of behavioural issues as I settled him into his new home. Nada has not only equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support me through this period, but she has given me much needed confidence and reassurance. She also provided additional helpful advice and suggestions on other issues my puppy was having - thank you! Nada is very knowledgeable on the behaviour of dogs (theory and practical) and has a wonderful reassuring calmness about her – dogs are clearly her passion and love.

I am so glad I asked Nada for help with my border collie Wyn. Nada has helped me understand him and the characteristics of his breed so much better so that his behaviour makes so much more sense to me. Nada also showed me a training programme to improve his reactive behaviour when out on our daily walks. In a very short time we have made huge progress. Still a way to go but I am so much more confident already when out and about with Wyn and am enjoying our walks so much more. Nada was very thorough in her approach to understanding our dog. She is very thoughtful, patient and has good tips and ideas. The tricky part is following her suggestions which on some points we’ve been a little inconsistent. When Hunter first met Nada in August 2021 he was a totally different dog. He used to jump and go for every one who would come into the house. Hunter could not go outside in the daylight and when he would potentially encounter people as everything would trigger him and he would get frustrated and lunge on us or other people. Hunter has been seeing Nada weekly since then, now he is a different dog, he is much calmer and directs his frustration on his toys other than people. We are able to have friends coming to the house again and not being afraid he would hurt them. Hunter has been out for short walks, being less reactive to people. It is still a long way to go but we are definitely making a lot of progress and we are very happy with the results so far.

We definitely chose the right trainer for our rescue dog with Nada at On Kew. We saw astonishing progress in our time with her. Nada's calm manner has been ideal for Yoda and by explaining her tugging and desperation to pull to get at distractions, she really has helped us understand how to avoid that escalation. We now feel we have tools to help us get our hound to a position where we have a calm relaxed dog on the end of her lead instead of the wriggling salmon.
