I contacted Alan app 4 months ago concerning my 2 yr old German Shepherd, who is very excitable, consequently hard taking her out and when around people . She thinks our visitors come to see her and dominates our environment. With Alan's help we now are able to control her and feel we are in charge, instead of the dog. She is and has learnt she is a member of the pack not the Alpha dog. Alan inspired confidence in handling our dog, therefore with us being more confident we have made big step with our beautiful shepherd.

When Alan first came to help us with our dogs aggression problem our dog went absoloutly crazy and tried to bite him even though he was tied up and had a muzzle on, after just two visits from Alan we were able to let our dog off the lead and by the third session we were shocked and amazed to see that Alan was his new best buddy! We still have to put the dog on a lead when people he doesnt know come to the house etc but he stays calm and doesn’t try to bite them which is an absoloutly huge improvement, thank you so much Alan for all of your help and continuous support.
