Its the first time We have used home loving Cats and I would highly recommend her services I felt very comfortable leaving my house keys, and Sue was great reassuring us the cats where fine and been well looked after by sending text messages and updates . Sue (Worcester cat sitter) has been wonderful with our two cats whilst we went away on holiday. Previously we used a cattery but the cats were getting stressed by it so we contacted Sue. She took time to bond with the cats prior to the first visit and came every day during a period of one week. Sue is so experienced with cats and we benefitted from her vast experience since she gave us advice on how to arrange the cats' food/drink/litter trays to make them most comfortable. Sue looked after my two cats, Poppy and Dill for a week in May 2021. I was very impressed with Sue during our information and key exchange meeting before the holiday when she came to meet the cats. This is the first time we have ever used a cat sitting service and could not be happier. Although it was short notice, Sue from Home Loving Cats agreed to look after our two cats while we were on holiday. As soon as we met Sue, we could tell that she really was a cat lover which put us at ease straight away. She explained the whole process very clearly and took the time to get to know us and our cats and their daily routine. We got both of our cats from a rescue centre two years ago and the first time we went away, they stayed in a cattery. When we returned home to collect them, they were clearly stressed and upset, which is why we decided to give a home cat sitting service a go. We are really happy with the result – Sue kept us updated and it was reassuring to come home to two relaxed and happy cats. Sue is just an amazing lady who loves cats so much! Me and my boyfriend were going away for a few days and the thought of having to put our cat in a cattery did not feel good at all. We then found Sue online and read all these amazing reviews, and I then decided to contact her. Sue is just so happy and lovely, and the first time I met her, it just felt so right that she was going to be looking after our cat. The day when we left our Roxy to take the flight, I felt a bit nervous leaving her. But that soon changed when we had our lovely updates sent by Sue by text. She sent me daily updates on our little Roxy, how she was doing and sending pictures and videos of her playing with her. That just put me at ease completely. We came back to a happy and content little Roxy yesterday, and that made us feel so happy. It makes total sense to keep her in her own home and have someone as lovely as Sue come and look after her! Roxy is looking forward to her next visits from Sue when we next go away! :)

Sue Perkins was recommended to me as a cat sitter by my vet, and personally I couldn't recommend her highly enough. It was such a pleasure and great relief to meet her - I immediately felt I was leaving my young cat and her kitten for the first time, in kind, experienced and knowledgeable hands. Sue sent me a reassuring message and photos the next morning and all was well when we arrived home after 24 hours. Both cats were relaxed, content and playful on our return - I think they enjoyed Sue's visit and having the house to themselves - they didnt seem to have even missed us! I used home loving cats to look after my little buddy Charlie over the Christmas period. I have to say Sue was absolutely brilliant putting my mind at ease very soon after first meeting her and I quickly realised I was making the right decision to use this service rather than a cattery. I know catteries care about their feline guests but I am sure cats prefer their own homes. Sue promised to send daily updates with a photo and she was true to her word and its very clear that Sue is absolutely devoted to cats and does her best for her clients. We have been lucky enough to have a neighbour to look after our furry family members when we go away. However, having just adopted two kittens we were worried that it was too much to ask our neighbour to look after 3 cats. We were also worried about taking them away from home. The kittens had just settled and were getting on well with our 2 year old cat who was missing his sister after she was run over 5 months before. We asked our vets about a good cattery and knowing the situation recommended we talk to Sue. We are so glad we did. From the moment we met Sue we knew she was right for us. She is so knowledgable about cats and she takes care to understand what you want done and how she can fit into your cats routine. The cats took to her immediately and we were really relaxed from the moment we met. While we were away Sue sent us regular updates which was lovely. We could see the cats were getting on really well and Sue was getting to know them as well. When we got home they were bouncy, happy and in great health. We would not consider anything for them other than Sue from now on. The fact that Sue is so lovely is a bonus.

Super Sue!! We started using Home Loving Cats about four years ago, when we needed Basil and Tiffin looked after. No more scary journeys to a cattery with wailing cats, and then having to walk away feeling guilty about going on holiday! Sue is absolutely marvellous, and there’s always great attention to detail, to ensure that the daily routines are as normal as can be whilst we’re away. Nothing is too much trouble, and Sue, a true cat lover herself, leaves detailed notes on the cats’ antics, not to mention the occasional text, or email, to assure us that all is well. Whilst here she has a wonderful rapport with the cats, and apart from giving them their food, we know that there is much emphasis on play, and having a good time! One very important thing is that Sue always comes herself, so we know our cats are getting the best attention we can find for them, whilst away. Sue has also been very accommodating in looking after our much loved moggies, including our recent addition Bumble, who is still just a kitten, despite the fact that we aren't ideally located for her. We know that we can rely on Sue's professionalism to make sensible decisions about what’s best for our cats in our absence. So an excellent service, which we look forward to continue using in the future, and best of all we always come home to three very cool, happy and contented cats.

I was given Sue`s contact details from a friend who had booked Sue to look after her cat on several occasions. Based on her glowing recommendation I asked her to look after my own cat for 10 days. Sue was brilliant and very professional in all of the arrangements and I felt very confident that Polly, my cat, would be in very safe hands. Sue came daily and brought treats, a radio, toys and even groomed Polly, something she had never experienced before. Sue is amazing. Sue has looked after our cats three times now (while on holiday), and I wouldn't use anyone else. We have two very lively 11 month old Bengals, and I know they are getting the required attention from Sue every time she visits. Our cats are always very happy when we return (they might even prefer Sue to us :-) ). It is obvious Sue loves cats, by the way she cares for them. We are delighted to have found Sue to look after Milly, our gorgeous Tortie cat. We tried Milly in a Cattery last year but realised that she would be much happier staying in her own home, surrounding by all her familiar sights and scents! Fantastic service! I was very unsure about using a cat sitting service as we have always relied on friends and neighbours. I did not need to worry. Sue came round and it was immediately apparent that this was going to be ok. Snow is an old and nervous cat and usually runs away at any noise but he stayed on his bed when Sue introduced herself to him, amazing. The service Sue provides is second to none. She is fully trustworthy and pays attention to every detail of the needs of your cat, however funny their ways are! When we return from having been away Snow usually takes a week to settle back into his routine, not this time, we have come home to a happy and relaxed cat, it's never happened before! I cannot recommend Sue enough. I have had cat sitters in the past and Sue outshines them by a million percent! She goes above and beyond and managed to coax my shy Siamese cats out of hiding and have a cuddle. Its always a worry having to leave your pets in the care of someone else when you go away, but i can honestly say i know they are always in good hands with Sue. When we were away we received text updates on how the cats were doing. On returning home they seemed very relaxed and at ease. Lily is a very old lady now, she is over 20, deaf and on various tablets for thyroid, heart and kidney problems. Sue gives Lily so much affection and attention when I am not at home, ensures she takes her daily medicine, grooms and fusses her, that Lily hardly notices I’ve been gone. Sue has been a real support when I’m away, always keeping me updated with reassuring text messages. As Lily gets a little more frail, I take great comfort from the fact that Sue will keep a really close eye on her, and she will love and look after her as if she were her own. Up until two years ago, when my cats Rocky and Rambo were three years old, I had refused to go on holiday or even away for a weekend as I had no desire to put them in a cattery. When we returned home we realised that we had no reason at all to have been apprehensive, Daisy was absolutely fine and completely relaxed, her coat was glossy her eyes were bright she had been well looked after. Her cat litter tray had been emptied daily and Sue had left her a new toy to play with. Sue is a lovely caring lady who is devoted to her job and cats. We highly recommend her and will have no hesitation to contact her again.

We have had our cat Isabelle since she was a kitten and, although she goes outside, she is my little shadow for much of the time at home. Pepsi is well into his sunset years (he's 19!!) and has a number of health issues - too many to list on a post. We used to take Pepsi to a cattery, but the stress of being outside his own home environment unfortunately just made his health worse. But having discovered HomeLovingCats, everything is different. Sue deals well with Pepsi's numerous medication requirements. Without going into the gory details, Pepsi also has issues with using his litter tray now - but Sue again is undaunted by the thought of a few accidents. And, probably most importantly, I understand she spends time with Pepsi when she is here - he needs companionship to help him feel settled, and although I know she is very busy, she will spend time to sit with him and give him some fuss and love. A big thank-you to Sue for a first rate service.
