Sarah Gawman has been walking our GSD Luna for a while now, they have built up a real bond which is lovely to see and I can tell how much Sarah loves her and vice versa. Since Sarah started walking Luna it has opened her up to new experiences, for instance the downs and the beach and interacting more with other dogs and being off lead. Would thoroughly recommend Sarah.

We have just finished our 6th week of puppy training and we are over the moon with the progress. Sarah was so caring, informative and knowledgeable. Everyone had questions each week and she answered them with ease. The classes were excellent value for money and intimate enough for everyone to join in and listen. Honestly a dog is for life and for the money, this course is so worth it for the future life skills your pup will pick up. Thank you again Pet-Professionals. Amazing!

I can't recommend Pet Professionals or Marina highly enough! We have a young cat who we've never left for any extended period of time before and so were feeling nervous and a little guilty about going away. But Marina was the perfect solution. She would send lots of updates and videos of Olive to reassure us she was ok. She would even take her new toys to play with and give her a brush and plenty of fuss. She also looked after the house, taking out bins on bin day and even watered our plants! What a great service. Will definitely be using Pet Professionals again :)

Marina does an absolutely brilliant job looking after our pets whilst we are away. Given our cat is diabetic, it can be a worry to leave him, but with Marina we know he is in expert hands. We get regular updates and photos so always know he is safe, happy and well. It's such a comfort to know someone is keeping an eye on the house regularly too - with the added bonus of the plants being watered! Marina is so friendly and knowledgable - I'm so glad to have found her. Will continue to recommend Pet Professionals to anyone :)

I have only praise for the service that Pet Professionals offer. Being housebound Melanie has taken my semiferal cat back and fourth to Grove Lodge for the matts she gets. Marina is the perfect combination of professionalism and caring. She looked after my cat and degu for a week with the most brilliant level of care. My cat is an older rescue who is very shy of new people. Within a couple of days she had totally bonded with Marina to the point of being quite demanding for strokes and attention. I received regular updates with photos and videos which helped me to feel less guilty about going away for the first time in nearly 3 years. Absolute gold star service and would definitely book Marina again. She goes above and beyond the requirements of the job.

I recently attended the Achieving Adolescence classes with my pup George. The classes were really well run by Sarah K. Her knowledge of the dog needs are amazing and she's able to tailor the sessions to each pups individual needs. Each week we received handouts for training we could carry out at home. She also had a WhatsApp group with further information and some great videos she had produced. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness were incredible - this went as far as making doggy ice cream for all the pups on a night when it was extremely warm.

Thank you Sarah K for helping us so much with our little teenager! Puppies are such a handful but with Sarah's help we are understanding what our little Labrador needs from us. Sarah went above and beyond each week with understandable homework sheets, WhatsApp videos to demonstrate anything people were struggling with, would always answer any questions mid week promptly and in a way that could be understood and made each class fun for the puppies and easy for us to understand. I’ve recently got in contact with pet professionals in need of a dog walker and had the pleasure of meeting Phil Gatters! I’m super protective of my dog Raffie which I can imagine everyone is and I feel completely care free when Raffie is on his exciting walks with Phil! I get constant photo updates from his walk which make my day and can see Phil’s genuine care for the dogs he walks! I would recommend to anyone who needs their loving animals looked after! Really pleased with the service we received. Our cat was looked after by Sarah and she not only fed and watered her and cleared the littler tray but stayed and spent some time with her as well. Our cat loved her. We’ll definitely be using Sarah again and will be recommending her to anyone.

I recently adopted a lovely but shy cat that needs medication daily for his heart murmur, I was struggling to find someone who would be comfortable giving him his tablet whilst I was away. I was recommended Marina due to her veterinary back ground and my boy absolutely loves her! He can be very shy with new people but they are the best of friends now and it’s such a relief to know he’s in good hands!

Marina has been so helpful with my little rescue cat. She looks after him when I am away and has given me great advice on feeding and behaviours. I get daily updates and videos and photos. Karen from Pet Professionals is fantastic! She’s amazing with my Labradoodle Bella (who frankly loves her more than me!). When we go on holiday Karen is always the first person we get in touch with to look after Bella where she stays in her home alongside her own dogs. She’s loved and cared for by Karen just as she would her own dogs. I never worry about leaving her when she’s in such good hands and we always receive updates during her stay. Thank you Karen for being Bella’s second (or maybe first?!) mum.

When I got my Canadian Eskimo Puppy, Sarah was fantastic with early on help and support and provided some practical training tips. We also did their puppy class which was a great introduction to owning a puppy. Sarah introduced me to Jolene who has been a godsend! Jolene is extremely knowledgeable about primitive dogs and has been our dog Walker for over 7 months now. She has spontaneously provided guidance and support as we went through different teenage growth spurts. She has developed a fantastic bond with Nukka and I know that when she takes her out, she is in really safe hands! Jolene is more than just a dog Walker to us and I don’t know what we would do without her. She is friendly, reliable, knowledgable but takes no nonsense either which makes her extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Jolene and pet professionals to both experienced and new dog owners as she has really helped me overcome a number of hurdles with Nukka that had made our lives so Much easier and helped Nukka grow into a well balanced dog! Fantastic!

Highly recommend! My dog Flynn and I did their online puppy class during lockdown (through their Puppy School). We loved it and have booked Sarah for a series of face to face sessions now that restrictions have been lifted. We cant wait. Sarah is friendly, supportive and its clear she knows all about puppies. We have recently change dog walkers and had Karen Keen walk our dogs (fur babies) for 3 months now. 3 Ridgebacks are quite a hand full and she has no problem with them, they no she is in charge and behave very well around her and off the lead. She’s is always reliable and professional. We have every trust in her to look after our dogs when we go away.

We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever Louis for a holiday we had booked Karen was recommended to us via a Facebook group. We went for a trial walk and liked her so much that we decided to start him walking with her twice a week as well as the board. Not only does he love her, he also came along leaps and bounds with his recall and behaviour when off lead. We cannot thank her enough for that. She is always on hand with advice, fast to respond, and she came to our house to feed him out of hours when we had a family emergency once which was above and beyond. Cannot thank her enough and will use her for years to come as we trust her completely with our boy 💙

Jolene has been walking Wesley five days a week for the last 3 months and she is simply fantastic! I have complete peace of mind knowing Wesley is with someone who treats him with kindness and love. Being incredibly experienced and a fellow lover of Bull breeds, Jolene has always been more than someone who comes in to walk Wesley, she has been on hand to answer any questions we have had about puppy behaviour and training, very happy to share her knowledge and expertise. Wesley adores Jolene and we feel so lucky to have found her. If anyone is looking for someone to walk their fur babies, I cannot recommend Jolene highly enough.

Karen is great at what she does and Teddy loves his walks with her and the other dogs! His behaviour on and off lead with other dogs has really improved since he started. Trustworthy and excellent value for money, would recommend to anyone looking for a dog Walker!

I contacted Pet-Professionals because our cat had developed some small patches of matted fur around his bottom. I was contacted very quickly and Jo even managed to fit us short notice on a Saturday - really handy as we both work full time. When Debbie and Jo arrived they were great at building rapport with our cat and soon gained his trust. They carried out the process of removing the mats really thoroughly, but still in a timely manner. The clippers used were also quiet so as not to cause distress. We're really impressed and will be recommending Pet-Professionals where possible. Thanks Jo and Debbie!

Great service, very reasonably priced. Contacted them at quite short notice a few months ago and they put me in touch with a lovely lady called Marina who could feed and look after our two cats. She is excellent and even sends us pictures of the cats whilst we're away. I have used her a number of times now and will continue to do so.

I was having great difficulty giving ear drops to my sweet Bengal cat 'What-a-Lot'. She had earmites and medication was urgently needed so I did my best, but failed miserably. The worst aspect was the loss of trust she was clearly feeling for me. PET PROFESSIONALS came to my rescue and suggested a wonderful lady, Vanessa, who came to my home every day and administered the drops with great professionalism and kindness. She was always punctual and I loved the way she spoke so gently to 'What-a-Lot' , bringing cat nip to encourage her! My frenchie Molly goes out for walkies with Rosie and her gang twice a week and absolutely loves it, she always comes home tired and content. Molly also stayed with Rosie and her family for two weeks when we went on holiday and was very happy, it was a home from home. I trust Rosie completely and I'm so glad we found her. Pet Professionals provide a great value service when we are on holiday. We have rabbits, chickens and cats all of whom are looked after very well and whilst away we are contacted regularly to reassure us they are doing well. We cannot fault their service.

Although hairy, with bad breath, a wonky eye, terrible foul-smelling wind, going bald, almost deaf, elderly and anxious, Rosie at Pet Professionals has taken our beloved rescue dog Molly into her care and has treated her as well as her own. We have been using Rosie for over a year and she has always been prompt, communicative, caring and has always provided great, effective advice with our doggy dilemmas. We recommend Rosie and Pet Professionals as they have helped us with walking Molly and have on occasion kept Molly overnight. We always know that Molly will be cared for and loved when away. Lola has been part of Pet Professional family for over a year that includes not only walks but day care too where she get to socialise with other dogs which is great and even better that she's bonded with her bestie Ruby. Hayley is incredibly helpful and super flexible to our schedule and Lola adores her too! We can't thank Sarah enough for the training and helpful advice she gave us from the start until now. I recently used Marina to look after our cats while we were away. She is simply incredible. She took the time to get to know them and it wasn't a case of pop in feed and leave, she spent time with them ensuring that their enrichment and social needs were met. I got photos every day and updates on how they were doing which was hugely reassuring. 100% recommend and so great that they could stay in their own home without the stress of travelling to a cattery. Price wise extremely competitive and only marginally more than a cattery stay for 2 visits a day for 2 cats.

An amazing team of professional caring friendly people. My elderly Mother-in-law shares her home with Tiggs the cat who's nearly 20 years old, Tiggs recently had knots in her coat and a trip to the vets worried mum terribly as the vets wanted to sedate Tiggs take blood and do other test, due to her age mum really didn't want to sedate Tiggs, so we called Pet Professionals they visited Tiggs at home and removed her knots without any sedation or any stress to Tiggs or mum.
