Lovely day care. Very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and happy to give you advice on anything. I have a bit of a nervous whippet who recently had a bad experience in a park near us. Explained situation to staff and they helped to coax her back into daycare, she always has a good time here and I know she is well cared for.

Our pooch has had her hair cut here for over 6yrs.. Joseph is a feb man and listens to what you want and does his very best everytime..our pooch is very happy to go in...❤

Our pup enjoys a couple of hours play and socialising here during the week and we've been really impressed with the care, interaction, and fun on offer to the dogs. The flexibility and possibility of late booking or long pre advance booking alike is very helpful. Saturday opening is a bonus. Everything is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and professional. You don't have to need daycare to use this place - it's a great addition to a dog's life to have the chance for group play. There's also dog behavioural work and training on offer here. Very reasonable rates too. Recommended.

I am new to the area and took my 2 dogs for a full groom this week. I was so happy with the service. Joseph is a warm and friendly person who clearly really cares about the dogs. Communication was good and I got a text reminding me about the appointment. My dogs god the best cut of thier life and I was so happy with how they looked and the softness of the fur. They are no longer shedding and the smell is clean and fresh but not overly perfumed. I will definitely be taking the dogs back to Joseph regularly.

Always look after our little pup so well. Comes back tired after his playtime with all the other lovely dogs. Their Facebook page with all the photos is a lovely touch every day too

Has been many times. My dog absolutely love the place. We used only grooming services. J. is amazing with his approach to the dogs and the owners. Very friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about how to do his job. Happily advices how to take care of your own four paws. Price wise - definitely money well spend for service received. IMO not too expensive.

Amazing !! Nicest man, great communication, done the most amazing job on my German shepherd I am so happy I would recommend to anyone 100 %, my dog smells amazing and looks fantastic exactly what I wanted. Great staff, puppy gradually introduced and assessed first time there. loads of tips re training. They also sell food and treats. First assessment session free. Parking at the facility. You need to leave your dog with them but on return you can watch them on the live feed on computer in reception. We are returning once our puppy has his kennel cough treatment.

I've been using this place pretty much since they opened and I've never had an issue. It's always well staffed and the staff are all very friendly. Good rates too. Also, the dog groomer is the best I've had for my cockapoo Ralph. Recommended 👍

Professional. Took my 14 month old for his second 2 hour session and he loves it I think. He always comes back tired. Everybody seems friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't leave him with anybody else. They have a chat after to tell me how he's been has he can be quite nervous which is reassuring to me. They are wonderful

My dog Alfie has been coming here since he was 6 months old and has absolutely loved it. Staff are all lovely and friendly and helpful and clearly passionate about what they do. I trust them with my dog which is most important. Working full time this is a savior! Whenever I drop him off he is always very happy and excited and doesn't even give me a second look! Definitely recommend this place!

I've taken my girl Willow here for a few months now and I'm massively impressed with the progress she has made. She was wary of strangers and other dogs but now her confidence has grown and she is starting to wagg her tail at new people and greet dogs with pure joy! She is always worn out when I collect her too which is great for if I haven't the time to take her for a long walk. Massively grateful for all the staff that work there, super friendly and always welcoming. Amazing changes happening too with the reception area having a beautiful make over, and also super happy with the prices changing to hourly. Can't big this place up enough. Scarlett J

My dog Bobby has been groomed here for several years and I have always been extremely happy with the way he has been treated, cared for and groomed. All the staff are wonderful and obviously really care. I would recommend anyone to take their dog here for all their needs.

Amazing place. Really friendly staff who know dogs! I felt completely happy to leave Summer there. She was nervous at first but now races out of the car to get in. The grooming team are also exceptional and very kind to the dogs.

I was a bit concerned about having my Tibetan Terrier trimmed as thought they would take off too much. But Paul did an amazing job. She's now like a cuddly teddy bear shaped in the right places.

As an owner of eleven rescue dogs – many handicapped or with abusive starts in life, I do have my hands full. Saying that I would not have it any other way. The joy I feel seeing them so happy and living the lives they should have, is worth every penny, every ‘accident’ on my clean floors, all the chewed up shoes (including a pair of L K Bennetts) and all the hair on my clothes. So much so I also foster dogs for various dog rehoming charities. Whilst most of my canine family eventually settle within what is a calm pack under a very loyal pack leader – my Coton de Tulear, Matilda, some have struggled. Two of my furry family had been so damaged by their pasts that one element of their behaviour (obsessional barking at other dogs), needed someone with more experience than me to tackle it. Ridiculously it took me three years to come to this conclusion but to be honest I didn’t know who to turn to. I approached the owner of Unleashed in Worthing. A lovely lady called Jeanette who I had worked with on a number of occasions. She like me supports a number of dog orientated events, many raising funds for charities. My thoughts were that exposure to lots of other dogs within the safety of Unleashed and under her team’s experienced management, may help. I was introduced to Tyler Allen. Is he the next Dog Whisperer I ask you? After three years of adapting walks so these two terrier ‘terrorists’ dogs caused the least amount of problems to other dogs and their owners, and after just three 15 minute sessions with Tyler per dog, I was walking silent dogs. No joke. It is pretty pointless me trying to explain what Tyler did in the main hall of Unleashed to achieve this miracle but it worked. As I watched through the window with my ‘babies’ in his care I had to admit I was shaking in my shoes. So many dogs, so many dogs bigger than mine. I needn’t have worried though. Tyler acted like titanium around my guys protecting them the whole time. I had no idea that his work would create such a significant change in them and in such a short time. My life too has changed. We now walk as a pack – quietly, and I can take them out knowing that I no longer have to make excuses for their behaviour and what looked like my lack of poor training. Tyler Allen and Unleashed – I thank you so much for your help. If anyone out there needs proof of what Tyler can do, just give him and Unleashed your dogs for a few minutes.
