Sian and Nathan are amazing - we have had expert advice and tips for our puppy and the results have been outstanding. We are thrilled with our experience and inspired to continue the training journey. The expertise that Sian and Nathan have shared with us has always been clear and concise, they both clearly love dogs and pay such close attention to both dog and owners behaviours to achieve the best outcome. It's been an absolute pleasure to have met them both and Muddy Muttz is highly recommended!

They have responded with advice tailored to our circumstances and the changing behaviour of our puppy as it rapidly grows in experience. Muddy Muttz have responded quickly, even over the weekend when we needed advice about how to introduce the puppy to a friend's blind cat! An excellent, friendly and expert service directed precisely to our puppy's training needs.

Sian and Nathan are great. They came to our home to assess some anxiety/frustration behaviours we were struggling with. Freya is 7 months old now, she is clever, sweet, empathetic, loving… but struggles to calm down if she gets excited. And recently she seems to get excited quite easily! More than training the dog I think they were training us to be her handlers. And it was so much needed. We are not new to training sessions at all but they did a whole family/routine assessment of the situation, which was new to us. They were very understanding of our own concerns, worries and needs and adapted the session to our own goals, teaching us how to teach the dog. Just perfect!

We have really enjoyed going along to the puppy classes. We have learnt so much and it has hopefully given Meg a really great start to her life with our family. You only have to see how Meg responds to Sian and Nathan to know that they are really training us not the puppy! We have been taking our Springer Spaniel puppy to dog training with Muddy Muttz since November, 2017. We are impressed by Sian's calmness with the puppies. She does not have large classes 8 is the maximum as it allows for lots of one to one attention. I have noted the training is not only for the puppies but for the owners too, which is exceedingly helpful. We endeavour to practice the things learned between classes. We are now in the adult class although our pup is just 7 months old but she responds well and it is a great safe place to socialise your dog. We decided to continue as we learn something new each week and the benefit to both ourselves and our puppy is huge. We would not hesitate in recommending Muddy Muttz and Sian Perry. Just Brillliant

i have attended workshops and obedience classes with muddy muttz training i have found them to be brilliant. Sian and Nathan are both great very knowledgeable and quaified they really undertsand dogs and they are very personable. they take the time to focus on what each dog in the classes needs and theyre happy to answer any questions you have. i would recommend the workshops and classes to anyone they are great value for money and my dog really enjoys them they have been so helpful.

Really great trainers, very patient, calm, gentle and understanding both of the owner and the dogs needs! Did a house visit which was very helpful as saw the dogs in their own environment, explained everything carefully and followed up with written instructions and are available to call if we need additional advice. Cannot fault Sian and Nathan for the time and effort they put in today with my very reactive gsd. They were incredibly knowledgeable, calm, focussed and very kind. My girl was massively over threshold from the outset and they didn't flinch. I was hugely anxious and they helped me with strategies to deal with my issues too. I've come away from the session feeling upbeat and hopeful with excellent tools to start working on my girls issues. If you have a reactive dog and are at the end of your tether, these are definitely the guys for you. I'm hoping that after some work we may be able to go to the group training that this fantastic couple also provide. If they had been around when my girl was a pup I'm convinced that she would have been a much happier and calmer girl now.

Muddy Muttz came and advised me on a very frighten GSD who did not like going to the vet in any sharpe or form. With there guidence we have managed to have his yearly injections done without causing upset to anybody concerned. I will carry on with there advise to make sure that I have a better behaved dog when visiting the vet. Thank you very much.

Me being me just couldn’t be better, I am, what I’m told, is a lush English Setter. I adore all of life, sniffing others on four legs and saying a doggy hi, My problem most times, is that I find it so hard to say goodbye. My two legged mate can whistle, clap hands and call me by name, To me it’s all great fun and simply adds to the game. Trouble is, a lot of other two legged uprights won’t let their dogs be, Can’t imagine what that’d be like; never allowed to run fast and free! If I don’t hurry back to my two legged mate when told, Other two legged uprights scream, shout and scold. [Grrrrh!!] So for me it was off to Saturday class with Sian and Nathan at Muddy Muttz, To learn new tricks; how to behave and ‘come back’, that was the crux. Now after the course even my two legged mate has to admit, That he too learnt several hundred times more than just a little bit. So thanks Muddy Muttz, looking forward to another course, For speaking as a canine, their training methods I fully endorse.
