Natalie is extremely conscientious and keeps up to date with the latest developments and training and always puts the welfare of the dogs she cares for at the heart of every groom she does. Natalie is fantastic at putting Molly at ease (and me 😀) and always ensures that she explains what she will do and why. I can’t recommend Natalie highly enough!!

He has sensitive skin which Natalie takes into account and it has cleared up so well. She only uses the best products and the attention to detail is amazing. He’s always so happy to see her. We have tried a couple of different groomers. 1 cut him lovely but he took days to settle down after & the other was a shop who gave him the worst cut ever. I've been taking him to Natalie following a recommendation & though he's still a nervous wreck he is gettin better with each visit. Natalie doesn't rush him.. she talks to him constantly & reassures him. I M more than happy for him to continue going to Pawsome & definitely recommend her services.
