Richard really knows the individual breeds of dogs and their behavioural traits from his years of experience. Providing you put in the effort and the training outside of class you won't go wrong and you will come away with a well trained friendly obedient new member of the family. We had a very giddy staffordshire bull terrier who we saved from an owner who was miss treating him. He was not nasty but was uncontrollable. Along came Richard and in a matter of 2 weeks our friends and family saw a total transformation. He allows people through the door without jumping up, we doesn't pull on the lead and he is now a lovely dog to live with. Richard has so much guidance, what he doesnt know about dogs isn't worth knowing. Structured feedback, practical exercises and a plather of best practices. So happy with the outcome of our dog who we can now leave him with others. Thank you
