Laura at Paws2Please is definitely the best dog trainer we have worked with in the five years we have had our cocker spaniel. We enlisted Laura’s help after worrying about some aggression issues towards other dogs, with our seven year old spaniel. She has been wonderful to work with. She offers realistic and practical advice, getting us to reconnect with our dog and better understand him. Like most dog training, or should that be owner training, it is repetitive but we are delighted to say after around four training sessions we can see real positive progress. His behaviour is much better than it was and he seems more contented. Highly recommended.

Laura and Gemma are fantastic with my dog Kenny, they have fit him in last minute many times and done house calls when he has been unwell - they really go above and beyond After they have taken Kenny out I always receive pictures and updates from them, he always looks like he is having the best time! You can really tell they both love Kenny and he gets so excited to see them both! Brilliant service, would really recommend!

Having got a new puppy and wanting her to enjoy new experiences with others dogs I found Laura’s service “paws2please” and loved her attitude and outlook on caring for other people’s dogs as she saw them as looking after a member of someone’s family and the responsibilities that come with that. She always made sure the dogs in each pack mixed well together taking in each dogs different quirks and behaviours . Our Labrador Harley joined at around 7 months old ,having also met Laura previously for one to one behaviour and obedience classes. Harley has become very attached to going for play dates with Laura and her paws2please pack she loves being around other dogs and enjoys anyone’s company and I believe that is down to having her 2 days a week with paws2please. Laura is amazing with our puppy. She visits twice a day while we’re at work to let her out, play and feed her. She send photos and updates and is very flexible for any changes i have. It’s been so reassuring leaving a young puppy knowing she’s being looked after by Laura. You can really tell she absolutely loves her job and cares about dogs so much.

We got in touch with Laura first for some advice on training our bouncy, energetic newly re-homed greyhound, Nelly. Her advice and training programme were excellent, based around reward, and really helped Nelly to become a more polite young lady! We also now use Laura for dog walking but the experience Nelly gets is much more than a “walk”. She gets to play, let her energy out and socialise with other dogs. We get texts and pictures and updates on how she is doing. There is no doubt that Nelly loves the time she gets with her new pals. Laura is friendly, extremely flexible, kind and we have no doubt that Nelly gets a lot of love. When Nelly was first a bit nervous travelling with other dogs she did everything to build her confidence. We are delighted we found Paws2Please and there is no doubt Nelly is a better behaved and even happier (if that’s possible!) dog as a result of her time with Laura.

Laura has been amazing with my puggle puppy, Jackson. She was knowledgeable about the breed from my initial enquiry and even worked a bank holiday Monday to come and begin his training as it was time critical due to his age. By the time her first visit was finished, my boy was able to sit, get off the sofa and lay down on command, he was so proud of himself. Laura is friendly, professional, and each visit is followed up with an email detailing how to continue training. She’s an absolute star, I’m so glad I found her!

Laura has been absolutely fantastic with our dog Misha. Misha has been so wary of other people coming in the house to walk her, but she took to Laura instantly and has come on absolute leaps and bounds with Laura’s training and help. We get regular updates of how Misha has been on each visit, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s obvious Laura truly loves cares about what she does - we’re so happy to have found Paws2Please!

We had two one-to-one training sessions for our Shih Tzu and found Laura to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She understood our dog very well and devised a very good training plan and regime. Although training is obviously long-term, the benefits from following the plan/regime began immediately, both to our little dog and to us. My dogs Tilly and Brandy adore Laura and Gemma They provide much more than just a dog walking service. Gemma gives my girls kisses when she picks them up and drop them home. I have been really pleased with Laura’s dog walking service. A comprehensive first meeting was held so I could explain my dogs needs and explore how I would need a flexible ad hoc type of service which is working out very well. Pip (my dog) loves to see Laura and is always returned happy and towel dried. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Floyd loves Laura! He is so relaxed with her and she handles him great. She is very professional, attentive and most of all understanding of what Floyd needs. Laura has been amazing with our Spaniel Buzz. When we moved house he was really unsettled which was distressing for the whole family as well as our new neighbours! Laura took over dog walking Buzz and then we used her Behaviourist services. She gave us lots of advice that made so much sense and an easy to follow but extensive plan. It’s now been several weeks since we put he plan in place and we have seen a huge improvement in the past few days! He is much better behaved when off lead and recall is so much better! I forgot the clicker yesterday morning and was worried he wouldn’t go back on lead that easily but he was coming back to me every time I called his name!! We’ve also left him home alone several times and he is quite content when we get home. It’s like we’ve turned a huge corner!! Highly recommend Laura!

Absolutley brilliant. These ladies look after my dogs so well and go above and beyond to help me out with the long shifts I work. They get on great with my 2 dogs and take such great care of them.
