It was a great experience, they really helped me alot to pass my D1 practical and module 4 test. Very friendly and supportive people who honestly want you to pass. They gave me all the training I needed before the test . All the staff are so friendly and the ladies in the office always there to help you sort out your needs. I will be definitely recommending you guys!

Highly Highly recommended driver training, passed my C+E test today first time with zero issues can't thank all the team enough but especially my instructor Paul, what an absolute legend, very calm and patient no stress what so ever. Fantastic group of people. Passed my class 1 1st time thanks to my amazing instructor Gerry. Really friendly and reassuring. And very informative. The women in the office are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you want to do your hgv licence. And fantastic value for money.

Had the pleasure of doing Class 1 fast track and CPC Mod 4 with Action HGV. Nathan, Anthony, Gerry are all fantastic trainers. I was doing the training on my own throughout the week and feel I have received the right amount of tuition. They answered all my questions very well and I can honestly say that as far as HGVs are concerned I feel ready for the open road. For someone new to hgvs they made it possible for me to go through the training and get my class 1 licence. I did have to take a second Mod 3b test but that is entirely my fault and not a reflection on the training. The ladies in the office are really good at clarifying any issues before, during and after as well as keep everything well organised. Thank you Action HGV for a good start in my new career. Highly recommended for anyone especially if you are in the Garrets Green DVSA centre catchment area.

DCPC online training. I had training from elsewhere before I came to Action. The other training was no where near as good as here. Hopefully this recommendation may help others pick Action as a very good training provider. DCPC is a very very painful experience but Action make it near bearable - no easy task..

I really cannot praise the team at Action highly enough. Having been badly let down by another training company, Action went above and beyond the call of duty to help my achieve my Class 1 Licence at the first attempt. Ant and Nathan were both superb, providing clear, concise and clam instruction where needed. Their experience and professionalism was simply second to none and the training vehicle was a pleasure to be in. I'm certain this helped make the entire process go as smoothly as it did. I also completed my CPC with action, and for something that could so easily have been a 'tick box' experience, I could not have been happier with the level of training given, and every day I came away feeling better prepared for what lay ahead. The course subject matter was excellently presented; Darren clearly knew his subject inside out, and presented all 5 courses with confidence and good humour, despite the understandable limitations of having to do this remotely due to Covid-19. Finally, the support form Karen, Laura and Amie in the office made the entire experience stress free. From booking courses and supplying timely and comprehensive joining instructions, answering any queries quickly and clearly, and ensuring that the attendance was uploaded to the DVSA site and certificates were supplied on the same day. Thanks again to everyone at Action. I'm so pleased that I found you, and will be continuing to recommend your services to anyone who will listen.

Recently completed 35hrs training with Action and can not rate them high enough, being ex forces and looking to break into the driving industry these guys were what I needed.. full of knowledge and offering guidance through out the course, they were approachable on every subject.. each instructor offered me their experiences of the industry, Darren, Phil and Gareth all with years behind the wheel spoke in truth and advised where I as an individual should take my next steps in the industry.. a fountain of knowledge! massive thanks to all at Action Training for their help, any lads looking to leave or are leaving the Mil and wanting to break into the driving industry should get in comms... pro forces and veterans!!

What a fantastic kind understanding and professional trainer Graham is! After just 6 hours of training *recommended by him so not greedy and only after your money! I passed my class C in one time! My partner recently took his LGV 2 training and test with Action Training and he was very pleased. Paul the instructor was very good at putting him at ease and making him feel assured, he took the time to explain everything properly and when he asked questions Paul was more than happy to answer them. He was even sent reminders of the training times and test times which came in very handy as he is very forgetful! He was very pleased with the training provided and passed first time!

I choose Action Training based on the great reviews by happy passers. It’s also worked very well for me - Paul is a fantastic trainer - he knows his stuff and makes sure that you are up to speed very quickly. He is firm but fair - I passed first time after an intensive course of lessons. I’d recommend them for anybody who’s serious about driving for a living.

Did my D1 minibus test with them. Had a lesson with Ian who was very good and passed the test the next day. They used a vehicle from the attached Action Self Drive. Would recommend.

As of today I have pass my C+E and would like to say a big thanks Paul for his professional training I’ll start be pointing out a review posted by Black1ce that I’ve just read today before posting this review In no way is the review given by this person blac1ce accurate on the training given at action training . I feel this is a very unfair review on this great training provider i’d also like to point out this review is very miss leading at no point in my training was the trainer Paul or anybody else playing music on the phone at any time I was never asked to start later then any time given me the day before and in fact I was probably given more time than what I actually paid for. I found Paul‘s instructions Clear and precise in fact very professional he made the reversing manoeuvre in three easy stages and made the coupling and uncoupling really easy with a simple word ( BLACK ) it was a joy to have him as my trainer I am more then pleased with action training and in fact I highly recommend them I will definitely be coming back to do my CPC and maybe other courses in due time

I’d like to start by saying a very big thankyou to the team at action training as they provide a very professional service, good value for money, Karen is a great entrepreneur who runs the business very smoothly followed by Paul who is a first class instructor who has a great strategy of teaching both class 2 and class 1 driving, I passed both tests first time, I picked up on all the class 1 reversing with in 15 minutes based on test standard, I’d like to point 1 thing out to the people that have also posted negative comments about how people have been driving the action vans, 1 action training is seperate from action self drive and another point is when people are learning in trucks you should expect them to make mistakes as they are completely different from cars and if you don’t understand then I suggest you book a course with action to understand a little more about the road, 2 if customers decide to hire a van or Luton from action Van hire, the company have no control over how the customers decide to drive their vans on the road, it’s not the actual company who drives them, it’s abit like renting your car to a friend and then they drive it like a maniac behind your back, I don’t think anyone should be so quick to judge as the people who run this business are really down to earth, thanks again to the action training team !!!!! 😊🚛🚛🚛

Originally I went with a different driving school but definitely made the right choice by training with action very professional I took Paul’s advice every step of the way and it paid off 2nd attempt on test with this company I had lessons with Phil too overall very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend and also they do work around what’s best for you cheers action 👍
