I just passed my driving test 2 days ago and the lessons I had with my instructor Joanne helped me gain so much confidence in my ability to drive. She was patient and flexible with her timings which I found beneficial when I needed to change my lesson or book in last minute. Joanne understood what she was teaching me and created a great rapport with me where I felt very comfortable telling her if I needed to do things differently or if I wanted to focus on a specific thing in my lesson. I would 100% recommend her as an instructor.

I passed my driving test first try today all thanks to Sat who I did my lessons with. I only got 3 minors in the test which is not bad at all. She had a lot of patience with me and was very clear with her instructions! She was also very kind, which helped in my driving journey. I just passed my driving test last week; Wednesday & I would like to say a big shoutout to Naz; my lovely driving instructor for making it all possible for me. As i started my driving journey i felt really nervous & anxious as driving a manual car felt like the hardest thing ever. However, thanks to Naz, who helped me gain so much confidence in my driving skills. She taught me well & i felt comfortable approaching her with any concerns i had with my driving & she dealt with my concerns with patience & was very understanding. The lesson timings were great as they were really flexible and Naz always listened & ensured i had my lesson at a suitable time. Also, Naz explained all the manoeuvres well & ensured that i was confident with them all by making me practice in every lesson. She also focused on my mistakes and encouraged me to make improvements. I would 100% recommend Naz as an instructor & a big thank you to her for supporting me till the very end & making me pass my first ever test with all the confidence. Good driving school. Habib is a good instructor, knows the routes and really very confident when teaching. However, he will push you to your limits, test your patience and temper, but if you stick with him, he'll get you through to the finish line.

Started my lessons with Habib and he was flexible with lessons around my working hours and even continued lessons after I moved to a different area. I was a very anxious driver who had previously had a few bad experiences with driving instructors. I felt like I would never be able to drive until I started my lessons with Ibrar. I had my lessons with Maki Mohammed, I did automatic, best driving experience ever and the best teacher ever I felt so confident for my test and he helped me understand everything I needed to. He even took me to a far driving centre and I was able to pass my test there without ever doing the routes before even country road routes and I still passed. I had the best learning experience with Mrs Rehman. I started my driving lessons for the 3rd time last August and I had decided that I had wanted a female driving instructor for a change and she didn't disappoint! She has been amazing! she was much more than a driving instructor she was someone I could tell all of my troubles to whilst on my lessons. She was so calm and understanding during my very emotional outbursts! I passed my test on the 6th September with my driving instructor Joanna. She was an amazing instructor who helped me pass my driving at my first attempt. She helped make the manoevures easy to do and also we throughly went over the test routes and we also did mock tests, which calmed my nerves. After every mock test, she gave me feedback, which was very useful. I am very grateful for her as she made my driving experience an excellent and pleasant one.

Thanks to Irfan who helps me to secure seat for test before my theory test got expired in 3 weeks and thanks to Saff for his patience，kindness and professionalism. He is clear in communucation and prudent and honest to correct my small faults in driving behaviors and he is also helpful to extend his hours with me to practises before exams. I appreciate Saff and Irfan ‘s help without who I would not have passed the test in Worcester，obviously whose test routines have many big roundabouts where Saff patiently taught me how to deal with observation，safety and confidence. A big thank you to Ibrar. He is my driving instructor. Couldn't have done without him! I was given Israel as my customer experience adviser and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always on time for our lessons. I PASSED on my third attempt. I am not sure I would managed to pass as soon as I did. I would recommend to anyone wanting to drive to go with Just pass and if you are in Birmingham areas to go with Ibrar if you can!

I started taking lessons with Suneya and it instantly became clear that she was a an experienced and great instructor. She was extremely patient with me thus allowing me to feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes and progress with each lesson. I had Fiyaz as my instructor and he stuck with the all the way through, and taught me how to drive perfectly through a year and a half leaving me with only two minors on my driving test which were only due to my hesitation and control mistakes. I had no problems with driving after he helped build my confidence throughout our lessons together. He taught me manoeuvres short and simply and I was able to complete them with his great advice.

Hello. OMGG....I'm sooo happy today. I passed my test this afternoon at Kings Heath. My driving instructor was Habib. what can I say, he helped me through it all from having never driven to passing in a week on a 25 hour intensive course. My course began on Monday morning and by Tuesday I was navigating roundabouts. Habib is a tough guy, he knows his stuff is extremely confident and always allowed me to make my mistakes and then corrected me. I could not stand the though of waiting until oct-nov if I didn't pass first time around. thank you.

My instructor was Habib he was friendly and always pushed me to do my best, without him I wouldn’t of passed today! I had him for 13 hours over 7 weeks with no previous driving experience. My instructor Taiba Bibi is an excellent instructor. She always arrives on time, and even when she’s ill she still turns up. She gives her clients full attention, and works extremely hard to ensure they pass first time. I just passed today! My driving instructor Zafar Hussain was simply amazing! He was so patient with me. Unlike other instructors he took time to see where my weaknesses were and focused on them. He didn’t make me take unnecessary classes just to make some money. I’ve been trying to get my driving license on and off for the past 20 years. I failed twice before I came to Zafar. I was not confident and didn’t think I’ll ever be able to drive. A couple of months under Zafar’s guidance, my confidence and driving improved so much that I passed my test with only four minors. I actually enjoy driving. Highly, highly recommend Zafar Hussain.

His teaching style is very unique as he puts you through challenging real life situations, unlike other instructors. He teaches how to use judgement while doing manouveres and not just a method! I would highly recommend, Mrs Rehman she is not only a great instructor driver but also an amazing person. Before Mrs Rehman I had a very negative experience with my previous instructor that I was learning with for roughly over a year, (I had been informed at the test centre ON the day of my test that it had been cancelled due to the examiner calling in sick last minute, I lost out on expenses and the instructor I was with, overcharged me for wasting her time). The same day it was cancelled - I rebooked the test, called loads of driving schools and instructors to see who was willing to take me on at such short notice. Mrs Rehman got back to me and we discussed timings, prices and availability. All of which Mrs Rehman handled professionally and quickly as my first lesson was booked in the following day. After the first lesson with her I knew 100% that I made the right choice. Mrs Rehman took me on several different route of the test, many of which I had never been on in the year’s worth of driving lessons I took with my previous instructor. I was not only shocked but disappointed that I had been taking two hours a week with the last instructor only to learn so much more from Mrs Rehman within the total of SIX HOURS of driving I had with her and to pass FIRST TIME with only 2 minors. Each lesson I had with Mrs Rehman covered almost everything I needed to know, remember and implement to be a good driver. Mrs Rehman is a very polite, patient and understanding woman with a whole heap of driving knowledge. She has over 10 years worth of experience in driving and I honestly can say her methods and explanations really do show for this. She knew I was more than capable of passing and encouraged me not to lose that confidence. I cannot thank her enough for her time and for her full faith in me. I have had many laughs with Mrs Rehman and it has been overall a fantastic experience with her. The car I drove in was easy to handle, with a smooth drive and I was very impressed by this.
