I can’t thank Sam enough for his patience and support throughout the process of learning. I was quite apprehensive as the pass rate for first time test takers can be quite low but Sam made sure I had practiced enough and was ready before the test. You feel like you are sitting next to a friend while driving. He has tips and tricks for all the manoeuvres which makes you a safe driver. He worked around my busy schedule and was always on time. He is definitely one of the best instructors out there.

I contacted Right Drive as a (somewhat nervous) older driver looking for refresher lessons. Sam was really helpful in getting me back behind the wheel and immediately put me at ease. Communication was excellent and Sam is an attentive instructor with a really nice personality, giving really good instruction in the areas where I needed it most. I took lessons during COVID and Sam adhered to all the rules, making sure the car was spotless, with hand gel at the ready as soon as I showed up for my first lesson. If you’re thinking of taking lessons, Sam’s your man!

So i was waiting for the day i will come on here to rave about Sam! Listen, if you think you are a nervous driver, you have not met me yet. I had given up after 4 instructors before i met Sam. His teaching style is absolutely incredible. He tailors teaching to your personality type and you are guaranteed a really good laugh as well.He took me from a nervous wreck to passing today with 2 minors. He never ever gave up on me. I'd definitely recommend Right Drive whether you're a learner or an experienced driver like me. The owner Sam is a chilled out guy and easy to get along with so there's a relaxed feel when you're doing your lessons which allows for better concentration. Although I have an international license it's only valid for 12 months and I needed a UK license, and after just the 1st lesson my I felt more confident in my driving as I've only been here a year and still getting used to the roads. He highlighted all the points were I could improve (mostly bad habits) and gave me top tips on parking, driver awareness and generally different test scenarios and how to deal with them. I took my test on the 16th of January and I'm very pleased to say I passed first time 💪👍

Over the years I have had my fair share of different instructors including using BSM and have had many failed tests as well. After being recommended by a friend, I thought I'd give Sameer a try at Right Drive Academy, by far the best instructor I have ever used, his lessons in which he treats you like a friend put me at ease, he helped me overcome all of my bad habits and gave me such confidence that within 5 days of lessons in a row I passed my test at Sutton Coldfield. I have had a great journey learning my driving with Sameer. It’s been a tough few months as getting my license was getting incredibly imminent with my commitments and my attempts at passing the driving test before were futile. Sam was a beacon of hope and support right from the beginning. He really tailors his teaching to the student, and I could see that he identified my development areas within the first class. Following that all of my classes focussed on this, and he always adopted very practical approaches in negating any diffidence, delayed decision making and hazard perceptions. This in addition to his never ending positivity and razor sharp focus helped me overcome the past struggles and really helped me pass the test in a short period of time. The whole experience has been really positive and I recommend sameer to anybody who genuinely wants to learn driving efficiently rather than just aim to pass a test. Sam is a very experienced driving instructor He understands the mindset of a student and teaches accordingly. He is very patient with slow learners and explains any confusing concept in a simple way. His reference points while doing all the manoeuvres are very helpful. As I understand a concept well when shown in pictures, Sam demonstrated manoeuvres drawing pictures. He can also explain in Hindi and Urdu if you are not fluent in English. As he is very friendly I was never scared of asking any questions or doubts.

Need to pass your practical driving test, then you need to get the right driving instructor, who would teach you the right way to drive. You need an instructor who can adapt teaching to suit you because different strokes work for different folks and we all have different levels of understanding. At Right driving academy I learnt how to drive in a very short time. The Driving test is a system of steps and all I had to do was learn it. I guarantee you will pass.
